Very friendly front desk clerk clean rooms friendly staff will stay there everytime I am in town and need a room for the night or two

The rooms were adequate and clean. The breakfast bar was disappointing. The first day we arrived for breakfast at 8: 30 am, it appeared that breakfast was over. We were informed we had plenty of time. However, there was very little eggs (cold), 4 sausages in the tray (very greasy and looked old), bread choices was terrible, one or two picked over, We had to ask for napkins, folks, coffee, and ask if more food was coming out because of what we saw,
DAY 2 decided to go to breakfast earlier 6: 45am the situation was not better, The beacon was under cooked and greasy.

I've stayed at several CI&S. I was disappointed to learn that the room was connecting. As a solo business traveler, I hate that. I didn't know they had connected rooms. Service was good and good price and value. Breakfast is good for price. It was too noisy on the ground floor.next time I'll request upper floor.

Room was spacious staff was great and location was good. Will recommend their is also even a adult shop in the area (not near the hotel) that delivers right to your room door very professional and discreet.

This place went above and beyond for an amazing stay. Thank you to Chrstina and Jazz. We won't be staying anywhere else when he come to Lancaster thank you.

After a minor hiccup regarding check-in, I was upgraded to a suite! It was comfortable, clean and I loved the fireplace and jacuzzi tub. Christina and Alex at the front desk were so helpful and friendly! Two BIG thumbs up!

As a Gold Choice member I decided to stay here to be close to my son. When I got the confirmation it was a week off. I immediately contacted Choice and they rebooked me for the correct dates. Even though it was a nonrefundable price the hotel was understanding of my situation and gave me a call to inform me a full refund was authorized. Thanks for understanding. I will give final update after my stay next week.
The location is convenient to highway. We stayed 4 nights and not once did I see undesirable folks cruising the property. I met the owner and he personally cares for the property as if his family lives there. The breakfast has limited choices but was well maintained. Crazy Otto just a half block away. You won't be disappointed here.

As with most, updates and touch ups on furniture, paint, trims, curtains and PLEASE ALL HOTELS, dump the threadbare towels!

Horrible treatment was charge for something that they made up and didn't even give me a reason why just a fabricated story to make extra money from customers

Staff was very welcoming and room was clean and kept up very nice. I received a flyer (non hotel affiliated) Stating that theirs a Adult Toy shop in the Antelope Valley that delivers discreetly right to your hotel room quick and fast. Went on the website checked it out and placed an order, it was insane I had some stuff for me and my wife that really made the night for us! Will use them again when intown AmourGifts.com

All in all.my stay was great.clean, comfy bed, disinfecting was on point.still no hot breakfast cooked but you get a breakfast package which was pretty cool.

Do not believe these FAKE good reviews. Do NOT stay here. Hotel is worn, musty, and has disgusting carpet on every floor. I stayed with my mother here and seen a house keeper mopping the lobby area with a towel upon arrival. Very off putting considering this doesn’t look like a Hotel with towels to spare. Carpet in our room was horrid, walls disgusting, jets in tub but it was obvious the jets themselves hadn't been cleaned, only the tub. Enjoy your bath with the skin particles and hairs of the last 50+ people who rented the room and bathed with the jets flowing. To put it simply, save your money. If you’re going to be spending $200+ including deposit go somewhere else. This is a MOTEL with a H slapped on.

The first time my wife and I stayed in a Suite with jacuzzi, the rooms were very clean and spacious! The staff was friendly and helpful with us! The jacuzzi was very nice and next to the bed which made easy! And we plan on making it our little get away spot! And it was real easy to locate just off the freeway!

So I booked this room for the weekend for Valentines Day. After 2 days I see a charge for a extra $50 bucks, after 4 days I see a extra charge for $150. I call to check on the charge and the front desk stated that I stain all the towels in the room and they can not get the stains out, when I explain they have the wrong room the front desk lady caught an attitude. I told them they can keep the money I just want the truth. I even ask to speak to the supervisor and she stated she was the supervisor and later found out she wasn’t, explain to her there no way we use 10 towels in one day with only 2 people being there. I didn’t even complain when we saw a dead roach in the bathroom. I politely clean it up and didn’t say anything. I also ask do they have pictures and she stated no. I will never book there again and also will spread the word on social media to not go there.they are a rip off

Nice and clean hotel I didnt bother no one and no1 bothered. Quiet on a Friday night. And for those who likes coffee it's free all day and night in the lobby.
