Funny enough we stopped here by accident the first time, but decided to come back because of the excellent service by Ray and of course, they have the best product around. We can confidently walk away knowing we got a really good price for a mattress of great quality. Thanks Ray!

First time purchasing a mattress, had an amazing customer service. Explained everything to detailed, all questions were answered. Mattresses are high quality with a reasonable price! Amazing place to purchase mattresses.

I had a good experience with these guys. Purchased an expensive mattress from them back in 2011. Recently, the mattress was feeling softer than in the past and there was some sagging in the areas where we sleep.
I called Comfort-Pedic and spoke with Mina. He was very helpful and offered to replace the top quilted panel and the foam supporting layer. With pick-up and delivery and a loaner mattress, the cost was $750. So I pretty much got a new bed that should last another 10 years or more. Would definitely purchase from them again.

Do not buy from Comfort Pedic Mattress Company. This company’s marketing in the San Marcos, CA salesroom is misleading. The VP of Sales promises excellent customer service and a 20-year warranty. This is misleading since when the quality of the mattress does not meet expectations, the customer must PAY the cost of shipping the mattress back to the manufacturer as well as the costs of the materials if needed to repair the mattress. There is no exchange or refund—only the request for additional money. In short, the company has no interest in ensuring customer satisfaction; there is no protection for the consumer. Our expensive mattress sags after 3 months and the support boxes squeak. In addition, both telephonic and written communication with the company’s President are unhelpful and unprofessional.

A couple of years ago I bought a mattress from Ray at Comfortpedic. I had four other mattress prior to purchasing from Ray, none were firm enough after six months or a year. I have just purchased a second mattress for our guest bed room. The mattress I purchased earlier is still very firm and great for my bad back. Ray you are the greatest. Thank you!

He is not a salesman but an educator who guides you with honest facts on why Comfort Pedic is the best Mattress you can buy. Ray is a knowledgeable person who shares his years of experience in the mattresses industry. I come from an advertising background, and I know how advertising can make you think the more expensive brands are the best. In reality, the most expensive brands can pay the most in advertising and not necessarily offer the best quality. After talking to Ray, I could make an informed decision based on facts and buy the best Mattress.

Not only was Ray outstanding, but his delivery team was also above and beyond when they delivered the Mattresses.

I bought a queen size mattress from ComfortPedic 2 years ago and it is the best mattress I've ever had! It is truly the most comfortable, breathable, and supportive mattress. The quality is no where near comparable to any mattress brand such as sealy, beauty rest, serta, etc that are overpriced and mass produced with low end materials. I loved the mattress I purchased from Comfortpedic so much I've just purchased another in a king size for my other bedroom (I love how they are made on an order by order basis for custom needs). Before purchasing the first mattress from them, I had visited multiple mattress stores, tested out several mattress types, and had done extensive research online. I found that Comfortpedic uses the highest quality materials and the most advanced research and design for back and lumbar support. To me, quality and support is very important when purchasing a mattress as, investing in the quality of your sleep plays a large part on your day to day life.
