Comfort Suites, Tulare CA

Everyone was so friendly and the room was great! The sheets were soft and the blankets very comfortable.

Very safe hotel! There were some sketchy guests throwing a party at 12 o’clock on a Monday night. It took the front desk guy less than 20 minutes to shut that down and kick out the riff raff. I will absolutely continue to stay here where they care about your rest!

My wife and I stopped here to get a room and maybe 10 minutes after getting the room, ai got a call and had to leave. (Work related). We never stepped foot in the room and they would only refund half of the room rate. Then a few minutes after we leave the charged my card $155 then again for $77. I was able to get one of the charges back, but still waiting on another.

The best thing about this hotel was Henry, the front desk clerk that checked us. He was very friendly, helpful and excellent at his job!

There is no elevator. Room doesn't have an electric outlet by night stand. Bring an extension cord if you have a few things to plug in. Noise is loud in hallway. Breakfast very mediocre. Not even a banana for the instant oatmeal.

Adequate for an overnight visit, but certainly not state of the art in the hotel industry.

NO ELEVATOR at this place. This location does not honor any of the diamond member perks early check-in. I did not try late checkout. I asked the lady at the front desk if I could check in early. She looked in the system And her comment was we do not do early check in I told her i'm a choice member She replied back with the same comment we do not do that here. So I left and I waited until the correct time. Bed was comfortable room is clean. Just not good customer service.

Good place to spend a night. Nice and clean rooms. Good bedding and a sofa.
Buffet breakfast is a bonus.
1 star less as the bathrooms didn’t had the bath soap and was surprised to know the hotel was out of stock.
But appreciate the help desk, they were helpful and did arrange the soap when requested.

Nice clean place, hard to find accommodations fo 5 in one single room. Friendly reps at front desk breakfast bar.

Had a great stay here at Comfort suites inn. Quite friendly and informative staff. They provide you with everything you need. The rooms were clean with enough supplies (towels, soaps and moisturizer) and amenities. Tv, hairdryer and microwave provided. Sofa bed available too. Breakfast could be a bit better but typical. Vending machine and complementary beverages provided. Good parking space with security cameras all around so felt much safer. The location is perfect if you wanna shop a bit at outlet malls or have plenty of food options.

My experience here was awesome! The service here is so great and kind! I would give a shout out to the front desk guy Henry since he was very helpful and friendly towards me and my family helping my family and I in many ways as possible, out of all the receptionist he's the friendliest and kindest receptionist I have met so far.a great thanks to him! The rooms and the bathrooms are very clean! I got to enjoy some time in the hotel pool with my family! The food here was okay not much options but it's alright.

I stayed 3 nights in this hotel. The day of arrival they gave me a room on the second floor, without elevator. After removing all my things from the suitcases, I realized that there was no internet. After almost two hours trying, together with the friendly guy at the reception, to solve the problem and call the internet company that was not cooperative at all, they upgraded me to a 2-bed room for people with reduced mobility (which I had not booked). I booked this hotel because of the pool, however I was never able to use it as every day there were 2 families with very aggressive children occupying it completely. They seemed familiar to the hotel owners because they moved freely and even ate using all the tables and chairs. At the time of check-out I requested a discount from the expensive rate that I paid for the inconvenience suffered. With total contempt for my person, they kept me waiting for half an hour to tell me that there was nothing they could do. Very unpleasant experience. There were many hotels in the area and I made the mistake of stopping at this one.

Very comfortable stay. The staff is very hospitable. The rooms are clean and well sized. Their breakfast sold me. There's a waffle maker that allows you to pour a fresh waffle, which was delicious. Convenient location with shopping and restaurants.

I checked last night and the gentleman (can I still say that in the United States) that helped me had great customer service skills.

The room was great and the water in the shower had decent pressure and was hot.

This morning though…the milk, for the cereal, was warm and I hope it won’t make me sick. The only thing that annoyed me was a large family group that were stocking up on food as if they were taking it on the road. One guy had six sausage patties on his plate and enough eggs to feed Rib Kardashian twice. Another younger lady, of the same group, had seven pastries on her plate to go with the two waffles on the second plate. I’m thinking they might be feeding hostages or something. Anyways, I was annoyed by the grabtastic skills of depleting the breakfast room and leaving other guests to look for scraps.

I sure didn’t get any pastries thanks to these visitors.

Anyways, that just means to be at the breakfast room, at the opening time of my next hotel stay. If I see people being greedy I’m definitely going to say something. These days many people are selfish and who knows if some of people I’ve seen come from food rationing countries and just can’t help themselves.

Just make sure when your thinking of having breakfast to be respectful and don’t be greedy on your first plate. Other paying guests would like to eat too.

We have loved our stay at Comfort Suites! Staff (especially Henry) have been very helpful and friendly. The hotel beds and pillows are comfortable and temperature of the rooms are constant and not loud. Pool was better than we were expecting and the kids had a great time. The only thing I would recommend updating are all the “masks required” signs everywhere. Kind of annoying to see this late in the game. Overall, highly recommend for the price and location and service. Would stay here again if we are in the area.

We really liked the hotel! The reception service was exceptional, the rooms were spacious and very clean (ours was equipped with a mini fridge, microwave and coffee machine), an ice machine in the hallway, and a simple but good breakfast was included.

We chose to stay in Tulare as a halfway point between Los Angeles and Sequoia Park. If so, confirm that the park is open.

Nice and Clean. Beds are heavenly with Mattress Toppers. Couch folds out to a bed. Water Pressure is ok. Breakfast has healthy options aswell as waffles, eggs and sausage. Pool was sparkling clear and felt amazing. The room felt spacious. Would stay here again.

The staff are exceptional here. Super friendly and helpful. The rooms are big had a few structure issues but they were quickly addressed

This place really surprised me. We booked last minute on priceline and wasn't sure what to expect, but were very satisfied overall. The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. The thing that got me was the continental breakfast they provided. Omg, what a treat, so many tasty choices I couldn't believe it. I will definitely stay there next time in town. Service was great from the front desk as well. Would definitely recommend.
