Comfort Suites Oceanside Camp Pendleton Area

The staff was super awesome. We had a minor problem with our room, but maintenance addressed it promptly. Everyone was so friendly! Well located.

First off, I want to say that the front desk clerk Angela was absolutely delightful. We were traveling and trying to find the right room for my folks, and she was so helpful, cheerful and really made our day.

Rooms are great, modern and I love the lighting in the rooms. The sconces and the way things are setup are just so smart.

Older hotel but the staff is great, really great. Everyone here went above and beyond to make us as comfortable as possible. Even the night clerk at te front desk was polite and helpful.

This place is a Joke just like the Front desk manager.they hold a Deposit fee strictly for Damages, but if they feel offended or the room is what they consider dirty They steal your Deposit.knowing the room is in good condition they steal it for any reason SMH the front desk manager needs a reality check with himself SMH and needs to look in the mirror buddy.

Once again, Comfort Suites comes through for a family of five. We have stayed at many Comfort Suites, which are generally located outside the prime location zone This Comfort Suites is located downtown and walking distance for food, drinks and entertainment.

Great place to stay. Close to food and centrally located. Nice rooms and a pleasant staff.

Was checked in by Natasha, I believe, great service and avery inviting introduction to what was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This was a nice place to stay with a family of 6 in one room! 2 quen beds & 1 pull out sofa bed. Price was decent as everything right now is much higher. This worked out great as we had a soccer tournament in Oceanside. Breakfast was included too & had everything! We were very happy with our stay.

This place is one of the best hotels to stay at in Oceanside, but every time I'm there my enjoyment is substantially reduced by the amount of entitled patrons who berate the staff for no reason other than their own incompetency. If you're one of these people, just know that nobody likes you and we all wish you would leave. Love this place!

Decent hotel not too far from downtown. Right off the freeway. Big rooms. A/C worked. Water pressure was good. Beds were decent. Area was being renovated.

The manager did take my concerns very seriously in regards to a complaint, and he really did take care of us when it came to the bill.
We'd be happy to stay again in the future.

The bathrooms were nice and the hospitality was very pleasant. Our room had a huge balcony, the view was the free way but it was still okay other than the massive amount of spider webs everywhere. The room had a weird smell but that is common when you near areas with water. We stayed here because they said they had cribs for babies which ended up just being a playpen. The complimentary breakfast was the best part, fresh omelets, waffle, bacon, and of course a the standard items. Sound travels through the walls and room very easily but overall id stay here again

The rooms are a bit outdated but roomy. It was more about the location for me as to why I stayed there. The breakfast which was included was terrific. Something for everyone. Fresh fruits, muffins, eggs, bacon, bagels.

This was a very nice hotel for the price. The rooms are clean, newly decorated. The breakfast was very nice, well stocked and the staff was really on top of keeping things moving along. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again

We must have hit a bad night.our stay was not great. We got a suite to accommodate our family. Upon arrival at around 7pm, we got into our room to find zero toilet paper [yep, 2 empty toilet paper holders with no extra rolls], an empty kleenex box, and a very musty smell. There was no TV remote, no blanket for the fold out bed, and only 2 towels.for a suite. The front desk man was apologetic and got the things that were missing. But if they knew we were coming, shouldn't that all have been checked beforehand? Also, the bathroom was very dirty, and it was gross. We have 3 girls, so I understand it's hard to clean up hair. But there was so much hair on the floor and in the tub, and it was nasty. I will post pics to show. We paid over $200 for this room, and we've stayed in much nicer for much less. The next night we stayed in a different hotel for cheaper and it was so much better and cleaner. The 2 good things were the nice front desk clerk and the sheets were soft.
