Came across their booth at FanX this year. Tried to ask a couple of questions about some comics I was looking for and didn't receive a satisfactory or particularly polite response. Reading the other reviews this seems to be a common issue.

This store is in someone’s garage in a private residential area. By appointment only. A total waste of time trying to go there. So disappointed. Should not be listed as a comic book store.
