Commercial Trucking School, Santa Clarita CA

I was rough around the edges when I started, and didn’t have a clue how to operate a commercial vehicle. A few weeks in, the staff, the teachers help me do a complete 360, with some encouragement and got your back dedication from them. I was able to fully operate a commercial vehicle. Thanks you guys

I would like to start by saying that this school was a real hands on experience. The instructors Robert & Oscar were fantastic. They really take the time to work with you and guide you specifically for your Class A CDL test. It's not like all the other schools where you are grouped. Here the cost is reasonable and you get 1 on 1 training. I would highly recommend this school for training. Really pay attention and study. You receive a guide book, videos to studying. They do the work, so you have to do yours!
Great school great training. Sam & Isabel have a really good thing going. I would be honored to go back every once and a while and teach some classes for them. Btw, I PASSED on my first time! Go to this school!

This school has been the best experience. I came from a different school because the other school didn’t show me anything at all. They just expected me to learn it all on my own. Isabel, Sam, Robert, and Oscar have been the best instructors. They help in all areas. Also the one on one instructor experience was amazing the other school I went to did not do one on one at all. Schedule was very flexible and accommodated my work schedule perfectly. Overall best experience! Would definitely recommend to anybody looking to get their CDL.

I had the privilege to be able to attend this school for my CDL and I am grateful for what it provided for my training needed for my license. The instructors were both thorough and very knowledgeable in helping me understand the terminology, principles, and practice of becoming a competent commercial truck driver. Isabel and Sam lead a very professional learning school and if was worth the investment of getting my training there.

Was recommended this school by multiple people and I am glad I chose it. Everyone there was very helpful and knowledgeable. They worked easily around my schedule and were great with communicating what they needed from me. One on one classes are a big plus. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I personally took my time with taking the class, I chose to only take 4 hours a week and the happily were able to work with my schedule. The teachers themselves and the people within that work there make it quite simple to point you towards the right direction. Everybody was very helpful and easy to talk to. They all had one purpose which was to give the student the best possible chance at succeeding. All and all, would highly recommend.

When Ive got more time (& some trucking-experience under my belt), Im going to come back to upgrade from the restricted- to the unrestricted-license; Having never driven manual-vehicle, they did their best trying to teach me double-clutching and the art of shifting into the right gears (i just couldnt get the art of being smooth on the clutch, & kept missing/grinding the gears [totally MY bad, not theirs]). Helped me remember all the pretrip inspection stuff too! With their help&training, Im confident about testing tomorrow!

A couple drawbacks tho;
Its a smaller yard with a limited number of trucks, trainers, and daily-training-sessions because of how many students they have.so dont expect to be in the truck daily.
Also, if you take the training during the height of summer, expect the temperature to top 110*. If you're like me and find it harder to study/train in the heat, think about waiting until the cooler months if you can.
All in all, Im very VERY glad i went with CTS. They definitely helped me learn, and they were (for the most part) not harsh with me when i f'ed up

It was a good experience going to this school Isabel. Robert, Oscar and Sam are a very easy going pp… it takes a lot of offer and time from you to study the inspections but it’s worth it… bottom line. This career is not just for anyone.but they make the defense, Highly recommend it, but again this is not for everyone

This trucking school is great, the staff is very friendly and easy to work with. They’re very accommodating on scheduling ours that are convenient for you, I definitely recommend anyone their CDL to come here, they explain everything with detail for the the type of CDL your are applying for. Great trucking school!

I had an outstanding experience at Commercial Trucking School. The personalized one on one classes are a must for anyone trying to learn the basics, and their instructors provided the knowledge and experiences necessary to make it possible. They supply all the materials that are essential to obtain your commercial license. In addition, the flexibility offered by the school made the process as brief as possible. I was ready to take my test within a month.

Excellent staff takes the time to personally work with you on a 1 on 1 from pretrips to behind the wheel driving.

This school is just amazing, when I first started I was nervous but Oscar, Robert, Sam and Isabel are just amazing people, and they made me feel at home. I love the 1v1classes and the entire time you are in class your hands on and I just love that. The way they explain things just makes it so much easier. Thank you guys for this great experience.

When I got there I went from zero to being able to do all of my maneuvers during my driving testing. Also, everything went above and beyond my expectations. Thanks to Oscar, Robert, and Sam for being patient with me on all of my training. I highly recommend this school.
