16 Be careful letting them help you
They placed us in transition house
All they did was try to control us.we left the house because people was killing each other almost right in front of building. My tires got sliced and we decided to leave. We left washer and dryer to help anybody coming in.somebody broke in and stoled them causing damage. They had attorneys sue us and now they are trying to put us back in the Streets.now they are forcing us to pay $4000 dollars.shame on you
It appear to me they’re more interested in keeping up with technology, then helping people
They didn't help me at all I didn't qualify and I feel like I was treated unfair cause I wouldn't of apply if I didn't need the assistance
Excellent program.
We really appreciate you for all your hard work in this miserable heat!
Thank you!
If you're a tax payer or a citizen of this country they try to pretend they're out of resources. If not then they magically have some. They don't want to understand that they don't get to be out of the things tax dollars pay into until tax payers also get their portion. We got there before 10am and they took until nearly 4pm to acknowledge that fact, and even that was because we planned on just staying until we got what we needed since we're homeless and had no other roof above our heads. The woman who finally magically found the funds for what I paid for acted like she was the one who gets to be angry about doing her job, which she should absolutely not do as my tax dollars also pay her paycheck. Just be stubborn and don't put up with the lies. If you paid into it your portion is absolutely there.
ETA: I have nothing against helping out our neighbors on our planet Earth, but we as a country need to sort out own house first. We can't house and feed and clothe the world when we ourselves are homeless and starving. It's both a financial issue and a physical space issue.
I was the 1st and only person there at 8am and I was seen within 15-20 min and I was seeking aid for either a hotel voucher (which they have funding for but no rooms available?) Or housing aid being that I'm presently homeless (which they only help with 1st months rent) and I was seen and dismissed 5 minutes later so total time there no more than 25 minutes and all I got was a few sheets of emergency resources the girl whom attended me was short and didn't want to hear pretty much anything I had to say and said call 211.
You folks are a joke you my grandaughter in a drug infested super 8 hotel cigarette stains on bath tub rim, overdose in parking lot you should be ashamed of yourselves she has 2 small babies and she is not a drug addiction. The receptionist had a ugly face attitude then her case lady came out with even a sour face nasty attitude. If you don't have compassion for people who are in need, then go pick oranges where Noone can see you
You better pray you aren't in the same situation
Horrible experience with rude woman in the office who talk over you and put you on hold to shut you up. I never get any phone calls back or emails from any worker or supervisors. I would have lost my job if I ever treated customers the way these ghetto unethical woman do. Just a waste of time!
This place is very people friendly and will help you if you ask. They helped me with that giant gas bill that hit us like a brick in January.
Rental Assistance Program is BS. The workers have you on this wild goose chase for all these documents then once you have them it’s something else. Every single time you supply what is asked, they need something new. I truly believe this specific program is bs. Or maybe the workers are making it hard purposely to help those they want to. I’ve known several people who have come to this agency for rental assistance and never got it, jus gave up because they will continue to request documents after documents after they’ve given you once what initially requested.
Nick was great he actually answered the phone something tht is unheard of for this place lol I have been calling and calling and been getting no answer and jus overall a very bad at getting in contact with these ppl like I have submitted all my paperwork work sent email and haven’t heard back and finally today nick was able to help even tho wasn’t his department
I applied on Nov 7th 2022. I sent all my paperwork back on Dec 15 2022 and it's middle of February 2023 and still nothing no call no email no mail stating anything. Now I'm being force out on the streets with my four kids and I will be homeless. Thanks for no help
Depending on what program you go in for community access is good for it. Other than that it’s a horrible place to work with lots of discrimination from supervisors and they do not pay well that’s why it’s such a big turnover in the company.
If you are lucky enough to get ahold of them they are a big help with easy prosseses. Unfortunately they are nearly impossible to reach. I've literally been calling them non stop since 815 this morning (it's now 1215) and I haven't reach anyone. The call disconnects at 30 minutes so you have to hang up and call back. I appreciate the business but it definitely needs better management and more effort.
They didn’t help The lady Mrs Madison didn’t even hear us out we’re at the end of our rope and all she said was sorry I can’t help you waiting for three months we put in our information everything they asked to tell me they can’t help and leave you alone with so many questions.
The women working here are either racist or just very rude and ignorant. I can post screen shots and names of how they do not speak when spoken to. They do not greet. Today i asked very nice, as I am highly educated, for a water assistance application. They did not say hello or anything. She just pressed reply with a sent attachment. Maybe consider hiring women with better friendly attitudes!
