Nipomo clinic no service unless clients pay three days in a advance FULL PAYMENT Ron castle is the CEO for chc of the central coast does not wish to hear from any of chc clients comments and concerns have sent seven emails to the CHC CEO my doctor had no idea that this was going on ARE THE CHC BOARD OF DIRECTORS PARTICIPANTS HOW FAR UP DOES THIS PROBLEM GO. DOES ANY BODY KNOW WHO ARE CHC BOARD MEMBERS

Either too slow taking care of patients or understaffed. I would like to believe understaffed but at the same time, the attitude of the staff is not the best which I also want to believe that is because they're understaffed.

I have been going here for a number of years and have had different Doctors, some were wonderful, some not. Initially I never waited more than 15 minutes before being called to the room. Recently I had an appointment where I waited one and a half hours before being seen. Dr. Chau was wonderful and took a lot of time with me as I had multiple complaints which ended with referrals and testing. I am happy to wait, average waiting time at most Dr offices is one to two hours unless they don't really spend time with you. I will be thrilled if Dr. Chau remains my Primary Dr. I have seen changes over the years and it appears the Doctors have to see more patients which means longer waits. I have never seen the clinic dirty, untidy yes because people don't pick up after themselves but leave for staff to pick up. I have seen much worse places and feel quite confident that my care is good here. Front desk does not have a lot of medical knowledge, however this is similar to most clinics I have been in. Overall for a Non Profit, low income clinic I am pleased with it. I could go elsewhere to Private Doctors but choose to stay there. One particular reason is they have weekend and evening hours if urgent. My one experience with Urgent Care was great, I arrived early in am and was seen right away, no problem. If I think I may need to be seen I call and check if they are full or still taking patients and then prepare to wait if I am told I can come in. Something to remember when you are waiting is, there is more than one Doctor in the back, so if you see different people going in, they are not being put ahead of you, they are seeing someone else. I am ok waiting if when my time comes the Doctor takes time to take care of me and isn't rushing off out the door. I would recommend most Doctors and Staff here and am glad it is available to me.

This place is very dirty it ain’t clean
It’s Always busy here friendly sometimes
Some of the workers here are just moody.
Workers here come from C. E. T which they basically know nothing.

I’ve experienced horrible customer service from the front desk staff at CHC Blosser. CHC needs to hire qualified experienced staff for the front desk. The front desk staff are the face of any medical office and when they continuously treat clients with disrespect people are force to change doctors. As for the medical assistants and doctors are very nice and professional. Also, to be fair only CHC Blosser urgent care side has horrible, inexperienced, unprofessional front desk staff as I’ve never had issues with CHC in Santa Maria way.

I'm happy with the whole staff of employees. They are friendly and helpful, not to mention how wonderful the doctors are. I Think it's clean and quite, people are respectful and helpful also.

I took both of my boys cause they had a severe allergic reaction. We did not had an appointment so we signed up for the 12pm list. We waited about 2 hours to be admitted. We had good customer service from everyone. It was just a long wait.

Really a disappointment and a black mark on the medical professional with 2 exceptions: . Marcelino (who helps with medication refills among other functions) and the chiropractor, Dr Pon. He gets 5 stars without exception. Everyone else 0-1 out of 10.

Horrible. They never answer the phones. Says they open at 8 called at 9 and the machine says "offices are now closed". This office is BS. The doctor is decent. The staff is TOLERABLE but unprofessional and uneducated. The nurses seem like theyre still in training. Plus they get super rude when they don't know something instead of just asking someone. My 1 star is for the doctor and the cleanliness.

Dr. Lilia Tovar has got to be one of the WORST Dr's chc employs. She has been caught falsifying documents, amongst other unethical practices. She shames the medical community.

If you have ever been to a CHC you must know by now how "TERRIBLE" it is to BE SEEN by a Doctor. The times that I have came to a CHC location to see a Doctor have been just "TERRIBLE" I mean if you schedule an appointment at a certain time let's say at 8: 00am which they encourage coming in 15mins sooner.guess what? They will have you waiting for nearly an HOUR! What is the whole point of an appointment then? Time is really valuable to us as a patient but wait there's more then once you do get seen you get RUDE staff and also a Doctor that doesn't LISTEN to your concerns and how your feeling. I find it really unprofessional when a Doctor talks to you in a condescending way. It doesn't make sense to correct me as a patient on how I'm feeling if i know how I feel.
