Dr soo abandoned me as a patient the other day and cut our appointment in half because he refuses to treat me. I have really bad adhd and can’t even read a book anymore or do things I enjoy and he talked over me the whole time and he talked to me as if I was lying the whole time and wouldn’t help me. He refused treatment while gaslighting me and telling me I probably don’t have adhd and would read off of google for things for me to do. I don’t know how he has this kind of job, I suggest you find someone who actually listens and cares about their patients. It sucks that this was my first experience after moving and going through so much. Karma will hit you though it’s ok

I have been seeing Dr. Bhandari for a while. She always listens to me and thoroughly explains various treatments available. Office staff is pleasant too.

Neglectful business practices. Does not return calls. Doctors, do you know why your practice is not at its full potential? Try calling your office on the patient line to find out.

No one picks up the phone, ever. Even during hours for existing patients. Don't go here, you've been warned.

Terrible business practices! I had a 45 minute “intake” call, got charged a $5 fee to even schedule an appointment that was 4 months away. Then I was told I would receive a call back in 2 business days. After one week I finally called back. Then the appointment was 6 months out and found out that my therapist would be a 5 hour drive away. Ridiculous!

Dr Bhandari constantly interrupted me when I spoke, was very dismissive of my anxiety, depression, bi-polar disorder and my PTSD. She offered advice worthy of an inspirational blog rather than a medical professional. She straight up abandoned me as her patient today and threw me out of her office after I expressed displeasure with my current care. "You obviously don't want help so just go then" is a verbatim quote from Bhandari. I was in tears when she threw me out. I calmed down in the car and went back to get any and all information I could from the office manager Sarin, who was very dismissive of me and my visible distress. No apologies, absolutely nothing in the wake of being abandoned. My anxiety, distress and self harm tendencies have exploded since leaving that office so disrespected and hurt. Dr Bhandari never updated my new medication with the pharmacy. They are still under the impression I'm take 20mg of a medicine when I've in fact been taking 30mg for over a month. Since she never updated this info, I am now out of my medicine and can't get it refilled until the 16th, if she even approved it at all. She didn't remember my grandma going through chemo, the recent loss of my grandfather, nor any other major details about my current experiences in life. She spent our first session "listening" to me and made up her mind then and there about me. Every session since the first was littered with passive aggressive undertones, completely dismissive and entirely rude. I've never been interrupted 7 times in ten minutes before. Unprofessional, rude and the entire staff needs sensitivity training for sure. Terrible experience over all that's left me worse off than when I started. 12/10 will never go back. Don't bother with this facility. Go anywhere else, literally anywhere else.

Dr. Priyanka is not someone I would recommend. She comes across as uncaring, condescending and making you feel worse by her remarks. She put down my former psychiatrist whom I loved but had to leave because they no longer took my insurance. She is argumentative and does not respect you as a person. She tried to be intimadating to me but I made it clear that was not going to happen. She also stated that I don't have OCD because she could tell by the way I postioned my glass on the table. Seriously? ! This lady needs some psychotherapy to help her communication skills.

Dr. Priyanka is easy to talk to, and I always walk out of her office feeling encouraged. She has helped me to discover the root of my issues and worked with me to find the medications I needed. I appreciate that she slowly starts you on medications and slowly increases the dose, so that you don’t experience as many harsh side effects. I’m surprised to see others have left negative reviews, because she has been nothing but friendly and professional. I’m guessing they might not have been the easiest patients to deal with. I would recommend Dr. Priyanka for anyone who needs mental health care.
