My therapist was great but my issue is with the administrative and billing department, a change in my insurance meant I would actually get billed by my therapist's private practice as he mentioned, he accidently submitted my insurance with MindPath and now they are relentlessly pursuing me for payment despite verifying my agreement with my therapist. This place is greedy and unprofessional to say the least. Their front desk was also particularly rude when it came to asking for information when I had to reschedule an appointment once.

I really like Dr Winston, he takes time to talk and listen. I still would like to try the other treatments he offers but he doesn’t think they are for my case, and I’m willing to try everything to get well and have some life. I just started here and really love their organization and the nice way they treat patients. Thank you mind Path Health! Barbara

Best therapists and doctors ever! Don't be afraid if you have to change doctors or therapists to find the right fit for you. When you do, oh, it is chef's kiss. They work with you and if your goal is to get better, they do all they can and more to make you feel comfortable and safe in their space. Been going here since 2008 and am very happy with results!

I have been going here for over 10yrs. Dr Puri takes excellent care of me. Yes with the new owners no ine answers the phone. However I do choose the option of leaving my callback number and have no problem receiving a call back the same day. Sometimes within the hour. Even on Saturdays. The front office lady Cora is very sweet and always on top of it.

Obviously functioning in a Covid world has presented some challenges for everyone but their customer service/patient care is particularly bad. It’s practically impossible to get a live person on the phone, call back wait times can be days long, there seems to be little to no communication between the clinicians and office staff and good luck getting a prescription refill. I’m guessing that things run more smoothly when they are working in person but their pivot to a WFH practice leaves a lot to be desired.

UPDATE: after I posted this review (I have it 2 stars) a rep did call me and explain the cause of their error and she apologized and tried to book me an appointment. So I have added a star because I do appreciate that someone cares enough to call me and explain and apologize. I understand mix ups can happen. Everything here on is my original review.

Booked an appointment by phone 2 weeks in advance for an initial video visit. 2 days prior I received a message saying I must call them back that day. I did and the voicemail is full so one cannot leave a message and no one ever answers. I understand working from him due to Covid but have you heard of call forwarding?
I called the dr directly and left a message day before appointment. No reply. I was never called back by anyone. I was never given instructions on how the video visit would work (zoom/Skype?) so my appointment time came and went and still no call from anyone. I tried calling again to no avail post appointment. I sent an email post scheduled appointment.

The doctors who work here are fine, so there's no problem there. But the contact system, the phones, the front desk (which I doubt is even manned), and April, the contact person for the M. D.s, are all just terrible. Things seem to change every other day and if you don't already need mental/emotional help, you will once you try to get through the system. I think we all realize that CoronaVirus created a Bizarro World, Catch-22 situation, but wouldn't you think that with so many people out of work, the ones who actually are still employed, particularly in medical positions, would try to do their jobs, and do them on time? Again, the doctors at Community Psychiatry are great, but the office staff is probably the worst I've ever dealt with.

To berate a reviewer for posting an accurate public comment is just beyond me. If he/she could have reached you "privately, " he probably would have. That's not an option anymore. Not since Gelbart sold out to Community Psychiatry. I am, after several years of excellent family counseling, having to find new counselors for my family. I care for my mother, my uncle, and one of their friends, and when they need to reach their therapists, I phone, leave messages, and never hear back. I'm working full time and raising my own kids, and having to try to keep everyone safe and ensure they get the care they need is hard enough without getting "voicemail full" messages, no answers at all, promises of callbacks, and so forth. My husband and brother and I are trying to find an alternative to Community Psychiatry because twice now I've had to take my uncle to Urgent Care for an emotional issue. This is just ridiculous.

I am a patient getting diagnosed and I am still a minor so I have my mom with me and hearing the way the doctor interacts with my mom is very unprofessional and for the amount she is paying it so no where near the satisfaction we need. The doctor that works there is verbally rude and hearing the way she talked to my mom made me very upset. The doctor would hardly admit to there offices mistakes and would find a way to blame it on other reasons. We had scheduled an appointment and where asked to be at least 15 minutes early and 30 minutes after there was still no show and we got no call or notification of the doctor being late but when we called the office they said that she could see us at the time we had called. Her first reaction was that we should understand that she was 15-20 minutes late because she had another patient and she believes that no one should have notified us about this. From the beginning she asked us for paper work and was upset when we didn’t have any because her staff never sent any of it to us. My mother and I are very understanding people but we will not be returning to this place and will be finding a professional place that is worth the money
