Highly unethical group of thieves!

If you want to be robbed of your had-earned money, abused and have your rights stomped all over, go with Compass management. They have no interest in assisting their residents. They definitely don’t deserve the 1.n star reviews that they have across all major review sites – their rating should be in the negatives!

They conspire with unethical BOD’s to impose fraudulent fines. They assist their BOD’s with the harassment of their residents, instead of representing the residents and advising them to fallow laws, CC&R’s and to act ethically. They don’t respond to emails or return phone calls. Their customer service hangs up on you! All they are interested in is scamming the people that pay them. Left a voice message to the owner, Curtis, with my concerns and he too never bothered to return my call. I think the only language crooks as these understand is if you take them to court. Anyone else interested in forming a class?

I’ve been a resident of Merryvale West, a complex miss-managed by them, for thirty years, and they’ve done nothing but defraud and harass myself and my family for as long as I can remember.

I called and left a message and also send an email request regarding my HOA.
I never got a call back, or an email reply.
This company, just want to collect monthly dues and not do something for their clients. Very disappointed. If there is a half star, they deserve it.

I wish I had an option to give them no star. They just charge for HOA which is a lot but we dont see any services that match the money we pay every month. Landscaping is horrible, the elevator has been patched for 2 months now and still has no paint, etc.

The most incompetent group of people I've ever had to deal with. Compass does not do what we pay them to do. These are the most arrogant and dismissive people in the business.
THE WORST SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE RESIDENTS.

The HOA is responsible for maintaining the land behind the houses on Promenade Ct. The brush has gotten to be about 4 feet high and there are two dead trees that blew over during the December storm. Unfortunately, this area has now become a giant rat nest. They're coming into the yard to eat the fruit from our trees. I've seen them twice when I was standing at the back fence. They came out of the brush headed for the fence and when they saw me they turned around and went back into the brush. The ones I've seen are about 8 inches long! I've called the HOA twice in the past 5 weeks and both times was told that they would refer this to their manager (I assume it's still Kent Shenefiel) and nothing has been done. I'm going to try calling the Health Department to report the situation and hopefully will get better results. I noticed in the 2023 Budget Package that the last site inspection of the area was on October 20,2020. No wonder we have rats!
