We reached out to Compass for a termite inspection and they were very responsive, thorough, and honest. We purchased our home a year ago in a historic district with century old homes that have regular termite treatments. We had termite work done during escrow and now that it had been a year since that initial remediation we wanted to inspect for any termite activity a year after.
