From the moment we contacted CPM when we were in the process of closing on our property, they have been responsive to our questions and have made our rental experience smooth and easy. Once our house closed, they were quick in putting together and sending out their marketing material and were thorough in screening a tenant. We are definitely more than satisfied with their service!

After many years of being poorly managed, we, the new Board, were pretty nervous about the daunting task of successfully finding a company that (1) would be willing to take on an association that really had a lot of issues because of years of bad management, (2) be willing to deal with the very unhappy homeowners, brand new Board and (3) on a go-forward basis provide us with the management services we required. About a year into this experience, it’s obvious that we found the PERFECT company for our association. VERY hands on and always there via phone or text. They came on before our contract started so that they could start unraveling past years and be ready to jump in when the contract did start. Ryan and Krystal are very knowledgeable and level headed and have been able to calm the Board and homeowners. BEST decision ever in my opinion.
