First time coming back in several months and my god is it overpacked with inventory. Doesn’t surprise me at all because their prices are pretty high and they rarely do any decent sales. They just aren’t competitive with the other thrift stores in the area so it’s not my favorite to visit. I’d stop by more often if their prices were more reasonable.

Even though it’s a small store, they have a lot of things in the space. This is the second time I have been in the store. Last time I bought an eye glass case I use for carrying my reading glasses in my purse. It was a good price. I think I paid $2.00. Some of the purses I saw there before were gone when I went today due to being purchased. If you see something and want it, you should buy it or it might be gone next time you come back. The young female worker always seems bored and annoyed both times I have been there. Maybe retail is not the right job for her. I found a leather crossbody purse The Sak brand purse that normally retails for $119.00, but only paid $15.00. I bought an Addidas visor that retails for $16-$19.00 for only $5.00 at this store. I also found a brand new Clinique make up bag for $5.00. I was happy with my finds.

My first visit to the store was very disappointing on 7/23. One associate was very rude, and we got Into an agreement. She was talking down to two other associates about not taking cash at the register in front of me the customer. I waited for her to finish, after listening I told her "Thank You" and "Please " goes a long way in this business. Then she went on a break and was complaining about me to her manager who let her continue arguing with me about her poor attitude.

I’ve always wanted to go into here so yesterday me and my kids went in (I saw a gate so I grabbed it because we just moved after being in hotels for over 5 years) well I get home try to put the gate up and it’s broken! And they don’t accept returns? So even when stuffs broken it gets put out? And then your out of money? That’s not cool especially when someone like me is struggling already. I can’t buy brand new. I’m not gonna explain it all on a review but it’s sad not one person said hi welcome to.nothing.

Tried to donate and was repeatedly scolded because I did not donate in small enough bags. Women were incredibly rude and picked through like they were picky. Had clothes and books. Understand they are small and this might be the issue but they were unkind. I had planned to go in after donation but was blown away from the rudeness. Good cause, but horrible manners. Got better welcome from the guy at goodwill! Sad.

I was excited to check this place out; I had heard only great things. But I was really put off by the staff. It was my first visit and I went into the furniture building. I looked around for about ten minutes and no one greeted me or asked if it was my first visit nor did anyone explain how there is a second building with clothes and that’s also where you pay for all items. I also thought the prices were a bit on the high side. I will give it another chance but based on first impressions, I was not impressed.

If you are looking for a inexpensive place to purchase clothes and other things, Compassion Planet Thrift Store is a good place to check out. I was able to find some great pants, dress and a vintage mirror from the late 70's. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They also had a big selection of shoes and bags. The furniture part of the store was a little cramped though but still had great stuff.

Also, when you pull up in front of store, there is a furniture thrift shop and their donation center. To get to the clothes portion, you have to go down the hallway, where the planter is, and take a left. It will lead you to the back entrance of the clothes portion. When we first arrived we got a little confused so hope this helps!

This is a great little thrift store. Great store to check out. Very reasonable prices and good rotation of new stuff. Great baby/kids section. The store is very well organized and the staff is very friendly.

They have EVERYTHING, the prices are where they should be, it’s clean and tidy, and best of all it’s completely non profit for a great cause. GO AND SHOP!

It was my first time in and Its really nice! They have some very nice designer items as well as other brands. Pretty clean inside. Everything here is priced so reasonably and very affordable I really should be giving it 5 stars. The only reason is size its not that big. But for the size they have everything. And another store. Writing it should be 5 stars so much lets just go with 5 stars. Im still here looking around. It's great. I got $4 deni. Shorts that were easily 50+!

They have very nice resources for donations and the community need for organizations such as this is way more grand that Rocklin. It is good the kids work the store. They have two stores here and the amount of things and such is great. Seen this organizaion from the begining and what they have been able to do for these young people is remarkable.
