I have had the pleasure of working closely with this company for many years. I am the Social Services Director at Turlock Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. One of my tasks is to ensure a safe transition back to the community for my short term rehab residents. Choosing a home health company that can provide stellar services is of upmost importance. I know when I send someone home with Compassionate Care they are in good hands. Their Rep Tanner lives up to their name. He is compassionate and has a passion for serving others and ensuring my residents have the best care with the goal for them to be successful in their transition and limit rehospitalization. If you or a loved one are in need of home health services I would highly recommend choosing Compassioante Care.

Compassionate Care did an excellent job for me. He basically taught me how to walk again after my knee replacement all the way from using a walker properly to walking comfortably with a cane. The exercises he showed me and worked with me on greatly improved my range of movement and significantly lowered my pain level. On my last session with him my pain level was a 1 out of 10. I would recommend Compassionate Care to anyone needing home health treatments.

It was such a pleasure to work with Brett and Elyssia as I began my recovery process after spinal surgery! Initially, Brett evaluated my status following surgery and clearly explained the process that they would use to help me. He couldn’t have been any more compassionate and understanding. He listened intently to my “story” and truly empathized with me when I explained that I had been to seven different health care professionals, including the local ER, before I could receive the MRI I had needed for over a year of pain! No one seemed to care until I met Dr. Cluck, my spinal surgeon, who finally and immediately ordered an MRI for my severely deteriorated spine. Brett was incredible and immediately set me up to receive home care from Elyssia, who was also wonderful, caring and always listened to and addressed my concerns. Brett continually remained involved in my care to make sure I was doing well. I cannot recommend them more highly and thank them daily for how much they helped me following my 2 surgeries on April 12 and April 14,2022! They are the best!

Great group of professionals! Friendly, excellent rehab protocol, got a post surgery (femoral break) 90 year old up & moving around, in a matter of weeks. Seriously appreciate every one of you!

I wanted to write about Jennifer from Turlock CA. Jennifer is a personal care helper. Before I met Jennifer I was extremely nervous because of needing her help to shower and get dressed etc. All the things that are very private. I have to say from day one of meeting her she NEVER once made me feel awkward. She would give me some really good ideas on how to make things easier for myself. I’m so thankful I was given a very polite, kind, and caring person to help me.
I would recommend Jennifer to anyone. She’s an excellent helper and person to spend time with.

The staff at Compassionate Care have been a blessing for my father who is elderly as well as myself…. Not so elderly. After his discharge from Anberry Merced (Which is a truly great facility). He was assigned a marvelous team that has helped his recovery, state of mind and overall zest for life again. Brett and Gil the Physical Therapists have done wonders. Gil is a very attentive and passionate Physical Therapist who goes above and beyond in his duty and has helped my father gain more courage in his walking abilities and everyday routines as well as motivation for days he’s not there. Kim, Kelsey and Jennifer the nurses that were assigned to him have put the word compassion in compassionate care…. Kelsey the Nurse has always been on time and has helped my father gain a sense of relief and peace of mind knowing that she constantly monitors his well-being and brings us supplies for anything he needs…. Jen the home health Aide Nurse, has given him the courage and tools to make everyday activities like bathing and getting ready an easy and enjoyable experience. These people have not only been a great help for my father but have shown him kindness, respect and the utmost sense of what compassion really means. They are great Therapists and Nurses, but most of all good friends! I highly recommend this company and hope you can share in the same experience I have had with them! They’re the best.

Excellent company! I’m 73 and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the physical therapy and nursing. I’m not use to nurses calling to see how I am even on days they aren’t scheduled to visit me. I’m more than happy with all my visits. Will definitely use them again and will refer anyone to them. It has been a pleasure being a Compassionate Care patient. Since I have left my rehabilitation center the nurses and physical therapists have been most helpful with any questions or concerns. One staff member stood out from the rest though. Tiffany was the first nurse to come out to my home and was also a nurse that had taken great care of me during my stay at Encompass. First impression of her was compassionate and gave a very comfortable vibe while she conducted her professional assessments. She then made sure to follow up with my Doctor after the home consultation regarding acquiring a much needed medication. Throughout the day she kept in contact on my status just make sure I was ok and if I had acquired my medication. With her help contacting my Doctor there was success. I can definitely say with confidence that she goes above and beyond for her patients and company she represents. It has been about two weeks and can say the whole staff is amazing so far, and can say that I am under great care. Everyone here deserves a raise! Especially Tiffany!
