Great customer service. Went here to get lenses in 2 pairs of glasses after a big retailer told me that it could not be done on my particular frames. Complete Eye Care got it done in an hour! Really sweet people and great quality care. Will definitely be coming here from now on.

This is the best eyeglass store I have ever been to. The employees have been there for a while and know what they are doing. The glasses were ready very quickly. I would not go anywhere else.

I've been going there for almost 15 years. They are really one of the only eyecare businesses that make your glasses on the spot, you don't have to wait two weeks to get your glasses. Love this place.family owned!

I was in and out in an hour without an appt and received an eye exam and a new set of frames/lenses on the spot for $120. There was maybe a 10 min wait before my eye exam and then they asked if I preferred to wait 20 mins afterwards so they could get my new glasses ready or come back for them. Excellent service and everyone was really nice. Spanish speakers are available

I went to Complete Eye Care Center to have two pair of sunglasses repaired. Everyone in the store was generous with their time, and professional all around, just welcoming. Steve, the man who repaired the glasses, just took them and went to work, taking a half-hour to fix a tough repair. I didn't ask up front how much it would be, assuming it wouldn't be terribly expensive. After returning my glasses to me in perfect shape, I asked "how much do I owe you? " Steve said "Happy Holidays". He provided the work for free. I was thrilled at the random act of kindness, and will take my business there as often as I can. I say sincerely that I walked out of the store with a sense that I wanted to pass on the kindness that I was offered. I hope anyone who reads this will considered taking their business there.

This was the best experience i’ve had so far. The staff were welcoming and helped me find exactly what I needed. The store also has several options that vary in brands and sizes. Alise and Tony especially. I would definitely recommend!

What unbelievable prices. The staff was extremely helpful. I was helping by a a staff member named Katrina. She was highly knowledgeable and costumer service was impeccable. My father is old and cranky and she managed to even get a smile out of him. 20/10 I highly recommend this place. The now have a loyal customer for life. And it's family owned.

I came in to do my eye exam with my daughter that she need it contact lens, that happens 10/28 5: 07pm three employees, one sitting because the desk and two a guy and a girl walking around the store I was there looking at the frames at the glass displays and none of them came to approach us, so disappointed because we went to spend our money and that makes us feel so bad no being attended. This location worse customer service and definitely do not go to this location.

As always I was very happy with the service I received. I was asked what I was looking for in my glasses and was shown the appropriate eye wear. The person helping me had some good suggestions but was never pushy at all. I will tell all my friends and family about Complete Eye Care.

I have never written a bad review. My family have been long time customers & I have referred many people to Complete Eye Care. I am sad to say that this is the first time in years of being a customer that the service was horrible. I came into purchase another pair of glasses with prescribed lenses. The initial salesman was upstaged my another salesman who proceeded to sell me on adding transitional lenses to my prescription even though I expressed I was not happy in the past w/ transitional lenses, the salesman insisted that the technology was improved and that I would love them he also assured that I will have them back within 2 days. My glasses were not ready in 2 days and I was not at all happy with the transitional lenses. I requested to be refunded the cost of the transitional lenses and was told I could only have a store credit or another pair of free glasses with my prescribed lenses. I expressed that I did not want another pair of glasses just a refund on the cost of the transitional lenses and if I could please speak w/ a manager or the owner and was told they were not available. I was shocked that the management or ownership was not interested in a long term customer dissatisfaction and decided to just have another pair of glasses made w/ my prescription. When I returned for new glasses I was amazed when putting them on that they did not include by prescribed lenses! I felt like I was being punked and took the new frames back to my optimist who concurred that the prescription was not in these glasses. I'm not sure what is going on internally at this business and needless to say, I will not be back. I cannot understand why management and/or ownership would treat a long term customer this way.

I had a pair of old sunglasses that were missing a tiny screw. My husband brought it to the store trying to have it fixed. The people in the store fixed it perfectly. I'm so thankful for their services. They were really nice and easy going people!

Out of towner here on vacation and the staff here made it easy and convenient to replace my torn lens. Great price for emergency situation.

I stopped in the Complete Eye Care Center after breaking my glasses. A very kind gentlemen graciuosly repaired them in about 10 minutes. While I was waiting, I looked around at all of the glasses. They have a wide variety of styles at reasonable prices. I hadn't ever been in this store before but I definitely will be back!

I went in today wanting to switch lenses and frames (that I already had). The nice lady who helped me had me out in 10 minutes, and no charge. I WILL be back. Great service and staff! Thank you again so much!
