I completely messed up my computer. I tried to delete all my files to give my computer away, but some how I got my computer to delete itself. My computer would not do nothing more than turn on. Thanks to Raul, he was able to figure out what happened and now it works as good as new. I also was very pleased with the price. Outside of him being a computer guru, he is very kind and welcoming. Look no where else, he is the man for the job!
I needed windows on my apple Mac laptop for my sons birthday, as he was nagging that his games he wanted are only working with windows support. I was late getting it done and kind of needed it done the same day. I brought the laptop to the office in the morning around 10 and Bernard gave it back to me at 6: 30pm in the evening. He even stayed longer to get it done. He kept me in the loop during the day what he needed to do to fix things on my laptop and when my son and I picked it up in the evening, he even took the time to explain to my 9 year old son how to maneuver from the apple to the windows platform. Laptop is working like a charm now and son is happy. Great service, would use it again, thank you.
I really can't say enough about this company. My laptop wouldn't charge so I was unable to work. I called Monday at 830 in a panic. I dropped the laptop off around 930-10 and let him know I was desperate. He was able to fix my laptop and it was back in my possession at 3pm! What a life saver!

Bernard is a life saver! I was in a hurry to get my laptop fixed. He spent his SUNDAY afternoon working on my laptop. Thank you so much Bernard! My laptop is working like a brand new. I'm so glad I contacted him. He definitely know what he is doing. When I first contacted him, I sent him an error message that kept showing and he can tell right away on how to fix it. Once I arrived at this office, he had the part ready to start working on my laptop. He called me back within the same week to follow up and gave a suggestion on how to prevent the same issue including what should be installed in addition. His contact number is underneath my laptop just in case I have any issues again. So far it's been about 3 weeks and my laptop is still working great. I am HIGHLY recommended Bernard!
