My 8 year old desktop needed a new internal hard drive. Dropped it off at 10am and ready for pick up at 1130am.awesome service. All files transferred and my desktop runs like brand new. Thank you Lou.you're the best.

I brought my boy laptop here to fix the hinge. Leo the technician who did very good job to fix like brand new. The owner is very nice and friendly.

Pc wouldn't start after getting new graphics card and, the guy on hand was really great with troubleshooting the issue and had the parts to fix my problem on hand. Whole affair took a bit under an hour and at no point was I confused on what was wrong because he was willing to explain his process as he was working.

Super friendly and knowledgeable. Could have easily told me to come in and waste my money on work that didn’t need to be done. I’m not a customer but I will definitely come back for the advice and time spent helping me over the phone.

I took my desktop pc in for a diagnosis, it was power cycling, the so called tech told me it would cost 45.00 to do a more extensive diagnosis, what he actually did was ruin my motherboard, he severely bent pins in the cpu socket, i just cleaned the cpu 2 days before so I know the socket was fine, he also failed to return to me all the parts he took out, not to mention they're customer service is pathetic, I will never do business with them again or recommend them to anyone.

I've used these guys before. They went above and beyond in salvaging a severely damaged drive. Kudos to Ashraf and his crew!

They didn't just order me a new LCD for my laptop when I came in, the owner dismantled my computer to ensure that it wasn't just a bad connection to save me the cost and time. When it was found that indeed it needed a new screen, he ordered it at the best price and only charged a resale/labor charge (all within 3 days). This place is awesome and very kind. Go.

Brought in an 11 year old IMAC desk top that had been diagnosed at the Apple Genius Bar with a crashed hard drive. Got a quote by next day and fixed with upgrades to the hard drive, RAM, internal vacuum, and total data migration to the new drive. Fantastic service and reasonable too. They should be a GO TO choice for an ailing computer! AD

Took my PC their and they were the first shop that knew what they were talking about! Very good customer service and have great services.

Took my computer to get diagnosed. It was $50 which I thought was steep but I was desperate to get it fixed.

On the pick up date I was told my GPU was the issue and to just get a new one. I took it to a different place where they accurately diagnosed the problem which had nothing to do with the GPU and got it fixed. I almost spent $800 on a new GPU that would have not fixed the problem.

I basically spent $50 to get told nothing.
