The absolute best:) destroyed my macbook by liquid damage and went to another laptop repair shop— charged me $600.apple charged me $860.checked computer pro2call and they made me buy the part online that was damaged (around $180) and the actual labor repair by them was only $85! That was half of the other laptop repair shop! 110% RECOMMEND! Robert was very responsive to the problems I had with my laptop and he explained everything he did in details. He also provided me with a spare disk drive to replace my corrupted drive. I highly recommend him to anyone needing to have their computer equipment repaired. He's definitely an "expert"!

I have used Computer Pro2Call on a couple of different occasions, once when I was hacked and real damage was done. Thankfully they recovered all of the data that I had worked on for 3 years which was vital to my business. The second time was due to my inadvertent mistake of giving away personal data and compromising my online security. They educated me where I was misinformed, gave me sound advice and a plan forward for greater security. Most important they gave me peace of mind. These days having the number of an affordable computer guru you can trust is like having a mechanic you can rely on. If you have any computer issues GO SEE THESE GUYS!

I'll start off by saying this place is a 5/5 in every aspect. My laptop had some glitch and it wouldn't turn on or work, even though it's about 3 months old. And I was moving out of town in like 3 days so I was on a real time crunch.

I bring the machine over to Robert and his team in the store, and they take a look at what's up and run some diagnostics. They gave me an initial break down and what's surprising is that they're totally transparent! They explained the problem, gave me the pricing break down, and explained everything. Best of all, unlike other computer places I've been to, they don't overcharge you for things and only bill you for what was done. Totally honest service and fair!

Best of all, they got my machine fixed the same day and I was able to bring it with me for the move. These guys are just awesome with great service, pricing, and overall reliable and fast. If your machine breaks or something's up, bring it here ASAP.
