I called to speak to the owner and some Mexican man answers the phone and was very rude and just asked a bunch of questions who I was what I want and all I needed was to speak to the owner because I've been doing business with the owner for several years and this Mexican dude acts like he's running things and was very disrespectful and rude and hung up on me

The worst repair experience I have had. It took 8 months to get my printer back. Nothing but excuses each time I checked on the progress, which was basically that he forgot to order the parts. After a month, I purchased a replacement printer. After six months, he returned my money for parts and labor and said he would repair it for free. Two months later, I called to follow up and he said it hadn’t been fixed yet, but that it would be ready the next day. When I went to pick it up, he charged me an additional $25.for a new waste tank. My printer had been there so long the heads had dried up and in cleaning the heads, he wasted half of my ink and filled the waste tank. He had the nerve to charge me for a new one. Use this repair place at your own risk.
