Successful phone repair with very reasonably fees. Actually figured out I didn’t need a data extraction, saving even more money. Good customer service. Supposedly they fix lots of kinds of phones and have lots of lab tools to resuscitate phones. I fixed an iPhone 7.

Unfortunately the rudest and the least competent computer place I have ever been to! The worker of the mission street location Levi is extremely rude and incompetent! The owner Kevin seems to be running a bad operation and is over controlling as both locations personnel don’t know what they’re doing having to check with him on every little assignment. Very disappointing experience and unless you want to be smugly and rudely preached and talked downed to - don’t go there!

My computer was badly damaged and they tried to upsell more service with no guarentee of any results. When I asked for a partial refund they had nothing to offer. Went home with a dead computer and $80 loss. Computer zone was not for me.

The people who run this place are shills. After being overcharged for my the replacement of my cell phone screen, I had problems with it almost immediately.white spots started appearing on the screen and I was told this was normal (even though this never happened in the two years I had the phone prior to them touching it). After their short warranty ended the screen had massive problems and I was told there was nothing they could do and I would have to pay them all over again.

The most alarming thing was that I was told they use cheap parts rather than official parts. Apparently they also do shotty work. What kind of business handles things so improperly and then wont fix things when their work was bad?

They are not honest and have no integrity. I cant believe they have as many 5 Star reviews that they do. It's simply amazing. They're crooked con men and I wouldn't reccomend my worst enemy to go to this place and give these people business.

I own my own business. If any customer of mine ever had a problem with the work I did I immediately fix it or replace their item.because that's good honest business. I don't know why I expect the same from other businesses. Maybe ethics? They have none.

DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE BUSINESS! There are other places in town which have far more integity.

DISAPPOINTED, I have to show up at store 3 times in the past 2 weeks cause nobody call me as they promise to call for my laptop update, Upfront service fee 196$ (NO refund)! Too expensive, and they can't fixed it

I thought I had a cracked screen and took it to Computer Zone. Sam told me that it was a cracked screen protector. He removed it and showed me that the screen was not cracked. He could have easily lied and charged me money. That alone impressed me and when I offered to give him money, he wanted a review. Here is your review, Sam. Thank you so very much. I was charged a service fee for them to look at my phone - which is fine. Then they charged an additional fee and told me they could do nothing. So they charged me extra money, provided no service and told me to come back and try again on Monday, where they would charge me to do the same thing they just did! I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to go to this place. This is absolutely the worst service of any place I have been in Santa Cruz. I could not be more disappointed.

I was dealing with a MacBook Pro with no wifi for about a year and decided it was finally time to get it fixed. Called most of the places in the city to get estimates and found that Computer Zone computers was the cheapest option. $130 and 2 days later, my wifi card was replaced and was working perfectly!

If you have any issue/problem with your computer that you can't solve by yourself, do yourself a favor and get in touch with Computer Zone. Even if you have to travel a long distance, you'll see later that it was absolutely worth it. Not only is they totally knowledgeable about everything computer-related, but they are also patient, extremely generous with their time and have great integrity. And on top of all this, reasonable charges, too. What more can you ask for!

Very competitive, affordable price and they give me knowledgeable and assertive diagnostic. I have repaired my laptop's screen, my iPod so far so good and few days ago this guy Michael recovered a critical information from my broken hard disk. I recommend them 100%.

My phone was cracked and showing tons of weird colors. I brought it in worried the pictures would be lost from my summer exchange in Argentina, but was instead given the wonderful news there was 1 screen left for my iPhone and it could be done in 1.5 hours. Perfect condition now and it took little to no time! I'm very pleased with this store!

These guys replaced the audio jack on on my galaxy 5.very reasonable price.did it while I waited.great service.would use again for sure.

Very polite and professional. Replaced a BADLY smashed iPhone 5c screen that the Apple Store refused to fix. Was done in 30 minutes, and they offered a tempered glass screen protector to help keep from breaking again. Even with that upgrade it was cheaper than the Apple Store. And they have a reasonable warranty on their work. Will come back again if I break another phone. (But let's hope not.)

They overcharged the actual working time by two hours ($150). They're not true to their words: they didn't install the cable protection that was promised. The labor is only guaranteed for 30 days. The owner is the most unpleasant person and threatened to go to the police if payment was made within 24 hours! I explained that I was driving in traffic unable to get to my credit card info right away when he called, but is response was out of line.
