If I could leave 10 stars I would. I brought my Macbook Pro to this company a month ago to have my battery replaced. I was told it would take a week but received a call that the job was done after two days. The service was impeccable. The staff were very polite and honest, and my new battery works great. They completely saved my computer. Would highly recommend to anyone.

They were able to successfully repair a mechanical issue with the power connector on my laptop.

What a great place. Kind, communicative, helpful employees, and so much more flexible and reasonable than all the other Apple or Apple-authorized repair places around the East Bay. Inexpensive but high-quality work, as well.

I brought my MacBook Pro in to get my keyboard fixed and the nice folks at computerland did a great job! They were very personable and got it fixed in 5 days when they quoted 5-7 business days initially. 5 stars!

Computerland Berkeley totally rocked it. $200 under estimate, everything as requested. My 2014 Mac mini lives again.

Brought my computer for a repair. I was given an estimate and paid a deposit.
When they examined my computer, they learned I still had it under warranty.
They informed me of this, refunded my deposit and helped me get the work I needed done.
My computer is now repaired, free!

Computerland provides exceptional and personal service. Our motherboard was damaged on an ASUS Zenbook, and Tri and Adam were clear on the timeline and price for repair. Can't give them high enough marks!

I was assisted by Gus - the service was so efficient and quick! I immediately felt like I could trust Gus and his team because their knowledge of the problem with my laptop was impressive. They are friendly, fast and serious about great service - Thank you Gus!

I came here after my macbook logic board crashed in the middle of a busy work week and all Apple stores nearby had a week wait just to get an appointment. ComputerLand tested the computer, ordered, and replaced the part, and got my computer back to me working perfectly BY THE NEXT DAY. I was completely amazed by their service and understanding of how important a working computer can be to a person's livelihood. Highly recommend.

Excellent place for repairs. The people who talk to you are the people who perform the repairs - they definitely know their stuff and are much more pleasant to deal with than the "Geniuses" at a certain computer company's stores.

Great, fast and reliable service. I went in to fix a cracked screen for my iPhone 6 and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They run Apple diagnostic on my iPhone and they said everything else is fine, I just need the new screen. I got my iPhone back the next day and they replaced screen with the original one from Apple. Would definitely recommend this place. Going to bring my macbook next week for repairs so will let you know how that goes!

I have been here twice now, and the service has been stellar both times. Nerko really helped me take advantage of my Apple warranty, so the parts where free of charge. I'd recommend their service to anyone needing computer cleaning or repair work done.

Very professional and honest. Came with a broken iPhone, outlined all the options including fixing with apple directly. Strongly recommend!
