Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient staff with clean lobby / waiting area. Staff personnel kept areas clean and well sanitized.

Very rude lady in the front desk. They didn’t want to help me at all spoke to me in a rude way as well when I told her I was confuse and needed help. Definitely disappointed and will never come back.

Gloria helped me with my physical therapy and was extremely helpful and explained all exercises thoroughly including the benefits for each exercise. Ask for Gloria if you need PT.

The receptionists were really nice and patient. And the wait to be attended wasn’t long at all. Great service over all.

How long does it take to pee in a cup for a drug test on a non busy day? Took me 2 hours. Funny thing was the medical assistant that did my test was concerned more about when to take their lunch rather than handling my sample. If I wasn't forced to come here I wouldn't. I have been to 2 other concentra sites and this is by far the worse one. This place will test your patience. At least they give you one free bag of pretzels.

Went here to get my shoulder checked out after a work related accident, the doctor who initially saw me was apathetic and just was going through the motions. She never even spoke to me about any issues, a diagnosis, even how I should be treated for pain or what to do in the future.

Only giving 2 stars because the physical therapist actually told me what was going on with my shoulder and how to treat it.

The doctor assigned for my consultation was uncaring and unprofessional. This physician believes that with an x rays and not thoughtful médical history review can assume what is was wrong after an incident I was involved at work.

I was seen without a long wait. I was asked about my pain issues. They ordered xrays and given a different kind of brace a shot and given advise of how to alieviate swelling and pain. I felt that they showed concern

The staff was great but the wait time is horrible I arrived at 1130 and left at 130ish I feel that is unexplainable, when asked what was issue they said they were short one doctor

I came here for a pre-employment screening. I got to say the staff was very friendly & helpful. The doctor was very courteous & mindful. Overall I had a very good experience. Top notch service.

The ladies in the front desk were rude and didn’t even say hi, how can I help you? There was only one person before me and I still had to wait about an hour to get called.when I got called to fill paper work that lady was rude as well.the nurse was much nicer. The receptionists should be more professional!

The person at the back conducted the exam professionally. However, the 2 sitting at the front desk act as if your interrupting their conversation when you walk up. No immediate acknowledgement that you're there. Very rude.

Had the worst experience my first time here. The front nurse is so rude and disrespectful. She's unprofessional as she kept making remarks behind the desk. Made it difficult for me to get the work I had come in for.
