DOT test. No Bueno! Service is so slow, accommodation is terrible! I waited for 4hrs until they close the facility. Don't come here! You will regret it! #badservice

Poor customer service, the front desk is unfriendly. Not helpful to double check if the file is correct.

Waited 2+ hours. The nurse said the r word which made me extremely uncomfortable considering I was there to get a physical to work with children with special needs…. Super unprofessional in my opinion especially for someone working in the medical field to say….

Specialty department never picks up the phone. They close at 3: 00pm but even if you call during normal hours they never pick up

Went to this place to get a hair drug test about a 12days ago paid out of pocket and still have not received results. Called the lab and they mentioned they never received a hair sample. Tried call the clinic and no one answers the phone.

Don't come here for a DOT. Doctor will tag you for sleep apnea. Whole company is sent to sleep apnea reviews. Avoid this place at all costs.

My first two visits weren't bad, but my last two were terrible! First they forgot to notify me that the Physician treating me was on vacation. So, I showed up for my appointment and had to reschedule. Then when I showed up for my rescheduled appointment. It was nearly an hour after my appointment time before they brought me in. I sat waiting for the Physician for another 30 mins. I was told that another Physician would treating me, because the other Physician is on "vacation. " 10 mins later, in walks the Physician that was supposedly on vacation. Long story short, they're full of it at this Concentra.

This used to be a great office. Now it's slowly deteriorating. Maybe you should not schedule 15 plus appointments at 8 am, if you are not able to process and sign-in so many. With all the covid restrictions. The young lady In the front that can't seem to separate papers, type on computer and/or answer phone calls due to her 3-5 inch nails should maybe remove them to make every ones time here, a bit more pleasant. She seems to have a really bad attitude every morning. I always wait to get help from another staff person. It might also help if they wore name tapes or badges with names to easily identify them once there is a problem. Once you make past them in the front the rest of the clinic is very good, then like you, I dread knowing I have to return to receive paperwork before I can go home.

I went in for a DOT physical. The nurse was very professional and friendly. But the doctor was another story, he was very short almost barking orders. He didn't pass me because I was diabetic on insulin. I informed him that I looked up the the DOT regulations on passing on insulin. I am paraphrasing, it stated I would need to show that my A1C was controlled under 8, I had my last 3 A1C test showing that all three were under 8. The doctor was not intrested in even looking at my results, he said that I needed a form from my doctor, and, three months of of blood tests before he could pass me, even though it did not say this in the DOT regulation.

I had a 2: 00 pm appointment to get mask fit test. I didn't get seen until 3 and a half hours, later. Time is money, so I lost money that day
It didn't help me by having a scheduled appointment.

Very unorganized. We did 90 minutes before I even got checked in. They don’t seem to follow a first come first served philosophy. Not talking about urgent care just regular services.

Calling this location to reschedule an appointment is a mission. Been calling all day and no answer.

Without an appointment for a pre-placement drug test and the place being kinda full it was super fast and easy. The staff was really nice and helpful they made it even easier and quick

The final Covid report given back to me was not dated was not signed and was not usable. The office was very disorganized. The staff clearly did not handle the reporting process in the right way

Receptionist was very helpful and able to handle a morning rush with ease. The doctor that helped me with my drug screening was very friendly and clear with directions. This was my first visit but will keep it in mind in the future as I am about to start a new job with new benefits.
