Concentra Urgent Care

Appointment is a must. Regardless of whether your the 2nd or 50th in line to see a physician your wait is almost about the same it seems. I was scheduled for a 9pm app. Not by choice. Came by to be surprised at only just a few cars in parking lot but a lock entrance sign says open 24hrs. Three or four other patients showed while I waited to be let in. The front desk clerk let those patients In no questions asked. Since I got tired of the games I tried to follow the next patient that came in for appointment also she put her hand up to close door and ask "do you have an appointment why are you) here? "
"I'm here for 9pm appointment "
" You let everyone that came here in.why are you asking.me for an appointment. She says WAIT.and goes to check computer for my name. Coming back telling its only for SECURITY Reasons. She gave me a checking form so I had nothing further to discuss with her. She went back and complained something to the attending nurse.

I am sorry but this is the worst place in health care. Ridiculous 4 hour wait for a physical. They will take 15 minutes for a “yes” or “no” question.

Me and my brother came into concentra urgent care for a sports physical and sat patiently but then one hour went to 6 hours and at this point I’ve began to get very frustrated and to top it off the doctor said we should’ve been seen hours ago!

Very crowded and extremely long waits; not only to see the doctor but also to check out. When I went back for my follow up (on Saturday) I was greeted by a very stern and not so courteous female employee (at front counter). Overall, not what I was hoping for.

Arrived exactly at 7: 30am didn’t walk out of the facility till 10: 50am… This place was very unprofessional. You can hear the workers gossiping about patients and asking questions about paperwork because a lot of them seem like they don’t know what they’re doing. The doctor I saw was nice, the other staff members were hostile and careless. It shouldn’t have took my whole morning to get antibiotics for an infection on my hand.

The Concentra staff at this location were more than willing to help with my injury. I was informed of my appointments beforehand and all relevant paperwork was handed to me. I disagree with the doctor's diagnosis of my injury, stating I can return to work, but I know my encounters were handled with consideration towards my injury.

To long of a wait staff acted as if they were irritated with patients just over all not a good place to go and I been going for years and nothing has changed seems it got worse

Horrible customer service. They never pick up the phone. Been trying for 4 days to reschedule an appointment but No luck trying to talk to someone. I guess I’m No show.

1st time visit and front office staff was on her phone didnt acknowledge the fact that i was waiting for her to get off the phone. I came in after a work related injury and was at a pain tolerance of 7 and she disnt care. I was told i still had to wait 6 hrs to be seen. I was also given a new pt. Folder with someone elses T. B test reminder in it. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Would give 0 stars if I could… went to be seen as I fell down a flight of stairs.they made me wait over 10 minutes I and was turned away because the guy working said they’re not taking “urgent care patients” then why would you be called a 24 hour urgent care. Wasted time, gas and limped my way there only to be turned away. Save your time go somewhere else.

You'll be waiting FOREVER! If it's not time sensitive try to get an appointment or go ahead of time then check different locations. Seems like no one works there and waiting for a simple drug screen for employment takes over 2 hours!

Avoid this business at all costs. I was sent to Concentra by a prospective employer for a physical and drug testing. I was forced to wait over 7 hours to get in for the tests. Dozens of other people came and when while I sat forced to wait. Ridiculous. Staff was uncaring and rude. Horrible business and people.

Waited 3 hours for a basic pre employment drug screen. They didn’t have my paperwork and had to scramble to find it. Then the customer service is horrible at the front desk. I’m not sure if they were short staffed the day I went but everything seemed like a mess. The only reason im give 2 stars instead of zero if because the young lady that took my drug screen apologized and tried to mediate the situation.

Even though Concentra is very busy they still managed to take the time to set an appointment for me to get me in without a long waiting period. My return time was just as fast. The staff at the Concentra that I visited was very polite, very happy they didn't appear to be burned out or overstressed. The team was very knowledgeable, observant and very professional. I had a good experience and I really like the fact that they are open 24 hours which allowed me to get in early. Thank you for all you do, you're greatly appreciated.

I do not usually do reviews based on bad experiences, I can usually move on but this is getting posted on the majority of the Concentra's in the area because this is now a recurring issue that is hurting the business. I work in HR and my candidates take drug tests everyday. Sometimes that requires me to call and check on the status because there's no updates on my system. When I call, why does no one answer the phone anymore? It just keeps ringing and ringing. Can anyone explain what's going on? This is a really big inconvenience and delaying my candidates from starting their new job. Thanks in advance!

They told me 2 hours wait time. 3 hours later I had to walk to the desk and ask multiple times to be seen. 4 hour mark I got brought back and then another 30 minutes to see a doctor.
