The receptionist, staffs and Dr Kim.thank you so much.specially the PT Dept I enjoyed their warm assistance.giving them 5 stars and the place was truly organized and clean.

I went in for a drug screen at this location only thing is I wish I got my results a little bit faster

Gina is courteous, polite, attentive and has always been a great help. Makes the visit enjoyable same goes foe the rest of the staff at this location.

Very professional, and even better, courteous and kind. Abraham was awesome, but everyone was great.

First of all I am so thankful that Holly got me in to see Dr. G for my shoulder instead of waiting another 2 wks because the Dr is only there every 2 wks. Now I'm anxiously awaiting the approval for Dr. G to go in and fix my tendon as I really miss cashing and seeing my customers.

A female nurse avoided taking X-ray and asking Male nurse who was busy. I was waiting over 1 hour alone in the waiting area until closing time. I asked receptionist who didn't help and just said "please wait ". One of old female nurse yell to the avoided nurse that "we are busy he should wait or you do your job".
That old asian nurse looked unkindly at.
I was not happy with their unprofessional attitude.

First of all I want to say thank you for your service. The moment I went inside staff was very friendly. I want to thank Abraham for being super careful and having patience with me. Also dr was very professional.

The doctor and the staff are very professional, there will be a
Long line but they let us to go somewhere as long as it’s not too far and they will give us a call when our name us next.

Very poorly run! If you have an appointment it is usually at least an hour to two hour wait past your appointment time to be seen, your time is not valued.

I appreciated the friendliness of all the employees in the care facility. The urgent care center had to accommodate a lot of people. The receptionist was very nice and handled the paperwork in an efficient manner.

The phlebotomist Victor was amazing. I would’ve given them 5 stars but the receptionist Daisy was rude and had zero people skills. She acting like she hated life.

Nice staff, butb they take to long to call you in and I've been to 2 of there clinics, and both take to long to call you in. At one time, i was called 1 hour passed my appointment and i got done another hour after, 2 hours there. Crazy.

Front desk lacks customer courtesy. Doctor and tech were openly honest about trying to get out of there as it was nearing closing time. If you want a quick doctor visit than this is the place for you. Just get there before 4pm, and they will rush you through like the building was on.

I took my husband late in the afternoon and he was bleeding from his nose and arm. The minute we walked in he was escorted into a private room. Necessary questions were asked of us as to how he hurt himself and what meds his on. They were so attentive better then in a hospital we are glad we went there. He was bandaged, and the doctor saw him and she suggested Xrays be taken there.
After the Xrays, we were told in changing bandages by a gentleman by the name of Abraham he was so gentle with my husband.
We were so glad we found this Urgent Care place.we were glad we couldnt get into a hospital the service would not be the same.
