This time I am very satisfied with the service, was quick in an out, the
nurse helping me was friendly

The dr told me to wait in exam room but was told 40 mins later my papers were printed and i was waiting for nothing they just chuckled like my time doesnt matter the drs arent drs they are just paid by your employers to get you back to work fast and legal as possible

Doctor was very pleasant and thorough. Long wait, but I was warned that it would be up to 2 hours. All staff were professional and courteous

Of course it’s 24 hours, so all I would say is treat others the way you want to be treated! Knowing that the employees over there have worked long shifts! Although, great service! Quick and easy for drug tests! Definitely recommend.

Was one of the first ones there and waited four hours. Once they checked me in I still waited a hour for the doctor.

Absolute garbage. Overweight desk person forcing me to put a mask on "over" my nose. We're still playing this fear mongering game! Where are the honest medical "professionals"?

Thanks to Dr. Castro and all the staff's that assisted me with my physical exam, the process was easier than 2 years ago.

The staff here are super nice and chill! They made sure I was greeted and gave great quick service. I was out of there within 20-30 mins for a drug test.

Extremely long wait time; got to the clinic, only 3 patients in the waiting room, yet it took me 3 hours to get seen by an arrogant provider.

The nurses were great I didn’t have a problem with them everyone there was very attentive and courteous it was the wait time I had an appointment at 11am and wasn’t called until 3pm because there were no rooms available that’s the only issue I had other then that the doctor was great efficient and informative.

From the reception desk all the way to my Doctor (Dr Y.) are very professional. They all treat me with respect, they are kind and always greet me with a smile.

I went for a follow up and took almost 2 and 1/2 hours for a check up that didn’t even last a minute. Doctor Randy Choi is very rude and disrespectful. Some is staff is kind with good customer service other staff act like they just hate their life or job.

I will give 3.5 stars.
Easy straight forward process.
I would only recommend for staff to be a little more laid back. Felt a little rushed and commanding.

I went in on a Sunday for an ear exam and it was really empty. I was called within minutes and was out the door within 20. All staff was very helpful and the dr gave me some sage advice after my test. I have to do these exams yearly for work so I’ll be sure to come back to this clinic again. Cheers!

The day that I came in I feel like it was a good day because there wasn’t a big wait the most 30 min. Also once I was called in the medical assistant who attended me was so nice and funny. I can’t believe I didn’t get his name.

If i could lower than 1 star I would. Waited almost 4 hours and sat through 3! Different waves of patients in the waiting room, only to not be seen. All I needed was a physical for work.

Went in on thanksgiving day and to my surprise they were open. Working on a holiday sucks, but the staff was super nice and extremely helpful. I would like to give a big thank you to that staff working that day Tray, Bryan, Aubrey, Rafael, Gabriel, Fernando and Marian. 5 service from all of them.

They schedule you an appointment, you show up 15 minutes before only to be seen 1 hour and 30 minutes later.

Terrible service all the way through, like getting them to do their job is hard enough but hearing them complain about it while being made to wait for no real reason besides to hear their disgruntledness be on full display. And the help is patronizing at best. They don't take the time to acknowledge the situation that brought you in in the first place and try and sweep you out the door as fast as possible, also try and toss you a few pieces of equipment/ self care stuff to charge your employer or insurance provider needlessly even though they can't even afford you the time to hear you out let alone the time to properly heal regardless. Opposite of care here, it's a runaround to get you in a self spinning system that get you the user nowhere fast and then feed because hey it's a business first, health care center last. Always has been always will, don't care how many hands this poor business has to be run through. Lastly this image was provided by "Doctor" Randy Choi. Dude hates his job and the people that provide him the work to remain and it's painfully, laughably obvious.
