Concentra Urgent Care

When I went to this urgent care the Dr.was rude, he referred me to a specialist there but after specialist checked my vitals my blood rate was at 125-130 so he couldn’t perform treatment, so all they did was release me, if the Dr would of listened to how painful I was feeling he could of done something abt it or at least referred me to E. R, but instead I brought myself into E. R and I’ve been here ever since. At E. R I was admitted asap and am being treated with the proper procedures necessary.

Staff were very friendly. Managed to get my preemployment physical and drug test done within an hour.

The front office staff is great I do appreciate them.
But this Doctor and np's there are a few there. Are not sympathetic to ones pain. I went repeatedly to ask for relief of pain. And though they believed I truly was hurting they refused to give me any pain medication at all. I had to resort to going to an urgent care and then to my primary care provider for additional help.

Incompetent! They “lost” my urine sample resulting in a delay for me to start my new job (lost wages).

Needed a TB test done for work a few days ago. The ladies up at front were very helpful and kind. I was in and out. Got my arm read today and was out the door with my verification in less than 5 minutes.

This place is joke I was here for a fit test and gave a bunch of paperwork wich I filled out and avfew minutes later I get another stack of paperwork wich had the same dam questions that I had answered on the previous paperwork! And on top of that there demanding for patients to wear a mask before entering wich that's fine.but after a while of me waiting to get my first test comes I'm assuming is the manager wich one employee called Ed her lenna and she sounded sick as heck graspy voice and you could barley understand what she was saying and on top of that she was not wearing a mask! Girl you need to lead for example but on that's God Damm mask!

Love my Doctor and his team. They are wonderful and you leave feeling like you were heard and understood. They work to solve the problem.

I came in for a work physical. Everybody was so wonderful and nice. The wait time was a little ridiculous for an appointment, but once I got back to the room, they moved quickly.

It was my first time there in madera. It wasn't busy, the lady's behind the desk where nice. I just had a DOT random but I was in and out of there fast.

The staff was very friendly very prompt and Got me in-and-out quick which I appreciate Oh definitely recommend that facility thank you

Apparently, this company does not like the military. LHI schedules labs using them and service members are stuck using them and are at their mercy. They will process others before serving the military members. Even the walk-ins get better care. If there was a zero star, I would have chosen that. I will be making a formal complaint with the company and emailing the CEO. Don’t use them if you don’t have to.

I got sent here for an at work injury. The doctor I saw was VERY unprofessional. I wished I didn't have to go to this place and could transfer to another facility with better doctors.

This is only a review personal opinion of my experience with the business and service. Only reason there’s one star is due to having to put one down in order to leave a review but in reality it’s -5 If you are wanting to wait 2-3 hours to get through your appointment this is the place for you.literally took me 20 min to finish what I needed to and legitimately waited 2.5 hours to be seen.front desk 1star they are short will leave you talking to yourself.was left in the patients room for almost an hour. Only person that was quick and seem to be working hard was Vanessa. THANK YOU VANESSA.other than that the service sucked. I’ll make sure to be sent elsewhere in the future. So the business gets five.

Dr Hatcher was a joke my last visit I sat in a room for an hour and a half he came in spent 15seconds with me and left. Took him 2yrs to get me to a surgeon for a work injury. He is a disgrace to the medical profession

I came in for a per employment drug screen on 8/29/22 it’s now 9/6/22 and I still haven’t heard anything back on my results.instead I was sent a survey.pre employment screening is pretty much a standard these days.prior to coming in I took a home drug test that tested negative across the board there should be no reason for such a delay. Other then the fact my drug screen tech was incompetent inexperienced and shouldn’t be left alone to screen anyone. I gave her my sample she sealed it had me initial it while I was gathering my belongings she ripped it open and poured it in another cup. She said she gave me the wrong test. Then she told me she couldn’t do the breathalyzer test yet because she didn’t know how.while she was working with me a doctor came in the room appearing frustrated with her questioning her about what she was doing making it clear she is struggling with her job.then while she was giving me the dot physical someone interrupted saying she messed up on my paperwork I have no faith In your clinic the hole experience was unprofessional she compromised my test she should of asked for another sample I’ve had to take several per employment test I’ve also been subject to random testing and I’ve never had a experience like this I have no faith in your clinic or in the results of your testing and I just wish someone would contact me with the results of my test

This place doesn’t know anything about medical care they said I had a hernia but 700.00 later turns out there was nothing there at all! Very disappointed with my whole experience

I came in and I needed stitches. From beginning to end my experience was stellar! The front desk associate was amazing. The nurse who prepped me was awesome and the Dr.who stitched me up was top notch!

The dr wasn’t here and I wasn’t notified that I needed to reschedule until coming in, it made me miss half a day of work, then the next day I was scheduled to come in just to find out I was scheduled on the dr lunch, very unprofessional and very rude
