Concentra Urgent Care

In my 36 years of adulthood I have never been so disrespected by anyone in the medical profession as I was at Concentra Urgent Care during my visit on 07/11/23.

Extremely run down building. I feel sorry for the staff that has to work there. I was sooo grossed out using the restroom. Just dilapidated. Doctor was great, staff were mediocre. I don’t want to go back but I have 5 more visits scheduled.

Doctor was Rude. Comments made me feel unwelcoming. Commented on how bad everything was there. Seemed like he was filling in but his heart was not there. Comment that made me feel bad was he said " I'm off to see a real Patient " Was it because I was Mexican! I told my wife how uncomfortable he made me feel. Comments on my weight were uncomfortable to me I know I'm fat. There are more professional terms he could of used. The rest of your staff was so professional. Doctor needs to remind himself why he chose that career. No empathy no Ethics. He shamed me I'm currently not even eating do to his Comments. Trying to not look ovetweight any more. Sorry for speaking the truth! But someone needs to let you guys know. I almost walked out he hurt my feelings so bad! God Bless hope this helps so he won't do it again!

They don’t listen to you … even with you have symptoms or that you can’t work they don’t care about you as a person and they will have you keep workin and say your fine when you’re really not, this urgent care is a joke

Well the place had us sitting in the waiting room so long that our time for our test expired and we had to get another one almost costing us our career job the ladies and they were already talking amongst each other how they’re not gonna get in trouble again on this shift this week they are very sketchy and do things very unorthodox and unethical be very careful and leery when you go here they are not looking out for your interest they are only worried about themselves individually not quite a medical clinic

The doctor and secretary were so kind, and were able to address the purpose of my visit. I recommend them to my cousin and to my friends.

I have been to many concentration clinics and they have all left me with a very bad experience because they always make me wait up to 6 hours.

The therapists at Concentrate (Chicago and Marlboro in Riverside) they really work with you. For me thats the one place I will go. Thank you all.

Took me in fast and got everything done. Even double check everything before I left for me so I wouldn't have to come back.

Super rude front desk worker, Jasmine, was mean and not helpful with information. I swear it felt like she knew me and hated for me some reason. I’m not sure how they even have any good reviews. Please go somewhere else!

The people are very kind, but they could never find my vein and they pricked me more than three times. They ended up referring me elsewhere, since they never managed to draw my blood. I feel that they should train their workers more and be more careful in that regard.

Woman at front desk with glasses is the most unprofessional I’ve met. Horrible personality and shouldn’t be working where people are already hurt and sick. Time for a new job!

The company I’m going to be volunteering for, required me to have a physical with Concentra. I called and was told that it’s approximately a two hour wait once I arrive. I asked to make an appointment and could not get an appointment for a month. The person who answered the phone was extremely unpleasant, and not helpful at all. I asked a question as to what day of the week might be the best day to come in, and a time that might be best. I understand the nature of the business, but I would think there’s got to be an ebb and a flow. My question was met with impatience, and what sounded like irritation. I was told that it’s always busy. I made the appointment, and when I arrived 15 minutes early, I was greeted by the same person who answered the phone and made my appointment. She is just as unpleasant in person as she is over the phone. I was told again that it was approximately a two hour wait. Then when I said that my volunteer employer had assured me that there would not be a long wait, she told me that they didn’t know what the business was like, and therefore didn’t know what they were talking about. I said that I was not sure that I could stay the two hours, which is why I made an appointment and then she looked at my name for the appointment, and said that that would help a “little” bit. I heard her speak to a couple of other people who arrived seeking care in much the same tone and attitude that she spoke to me with. It felt to me like she would be happier if people turned around and left and went someplace else. I don’t think she likes her job very much. It turned out that it was not a long wait. I waited approximately 20 minutes and was called in for my physical. The whole process took approximately an hour, and everyone else there was very hospitable and pleasant.

Even when they are busy, the staff here were very efficient and kind. I appreciated them being honest at times when I should come back later.

Made fallow up appointment to see a Doctor from a previous visit to get my blood test results. After the doctor came in to see me she managed to tell me that my blood test results have not ca one in yet snd there is nothing she can do at this time. They took my blood over a week ago. And I’m sure there going to charge my insurance for me just walking in the door and for a visit with a doctor that did nothing.

They infiltrated my vein while taking blood despite me advising to choose a different vein since it was a surface vein. Very painful and resulted in a bruise lasting more than a week.

Customer service besides this was kind and friendly.

Long wait. I was there when they opened (8am) for physical and I waited almost 4 hrs. The staff when nice but the waiting is terrible.

This place Is nice its just. See if I'd known you guys didn't accept IEHP I wouldn't have came. I'm not going to lie and say, I did look at my surroundings to see if there was a (WE DON'T ACCEPT IEHP SIGN) cuz I didn't. It'd be nice if you guys put it on the front door? So it don't happen again.
