Concentra Urgent Care

The staff was friendly and the waiting room was clean. I just went there for a pre-employment screening and it was nearly a two hour process. I heard them telling folks it would be at least three hours before they would be triaged. The waiting room was nearly empty! Maybe they need to hire more staff!

Great people skills and I only waited five minutes. Definitely recommend this place to everybody.

Went to Concentra Urgent Care to get several things done for pre-employment process for work. The staff were phenomenal and accommodating! The ladies at the front desk were clear on explaining how to complete paperwork and check-in was super easy. The medical and physical therapy staff were straightforward with the testing process and everything was done efficiently. I only waited about 20 minutes to get seen, and was in there for a little over an hour (which was expected since I had multiple things that needed to be done). Highly recommend walking-in or making an appointment at Concentra in SM.

Mental health systems sent me to this location to have a TB test. I came in on a Monday came back the following Wednesday. My employer was informed that I did not come back. When I spoke with the office all they indicated to me was that the form will be resent with no explanation as to why my Employer was told I did not return on Wednesday.

I had a physical for my new job and it was smooth & quick as what I thought would take long.

Needed pre-employment physical and they were friendly and efficient. The exam and testing took less time than I was told to expect and there was almost no wait to get the process started. Office was clean and staff pleasant to work with.

The receptionist told me it could be as long as two hours from beginning to end. It took 3 1/2 hours. I watched many people who arrived well after me, go in for their physicals and leave, I finally told the receptionist that I had been there for an hour and 45 minutes. My two hours was almost up. She rummaged around and found my file which had been misplaced and got me in next. After all the preliminaries, I was put in the exam room to wait for the doctor. After 20 minutes of waiting, I walked out of the room and told the receptionist that my two hour visit has now taken 3 hours and 10 minutes. I think the office manager overheard me and went and got a doctor who came to see me within five minutes. I missed two other appointments which had to be rescheduled, and that extended my hiring date by 4 days. That results in a loss of income for me during the month of September. All because the receptionist couldn’t keep track of my file, and I was not seen in the proper order.

The receptionist/nurses were very welcoming. The tech who did my service was very professional and we chatted like old acquaintances.

Staff wss efficient, courteous, and friendly. I was there for a D. O. T.as a walk in. One hour and ten minutes later I was out the door a very happy camper!

The lady who gave me my shots and drew my blood for my work physical was gentle and easy going, I appreciate her hard work and for making me feel at ease.

They are not that professional and the doctors treat their workers with very little respect when the assistant nurses cannot translate they just rolled their eyes and make bad comments in front of the nurses and the patient.

In and out in less than 2 hours as a new patient. Friendly and competent front and back office staff. Clean lobby. Loved PA Mary. She listened and we were in agreement about a treatment plan. Overall great experience. Highly recommend.

Concentra is the ultimate assembly line of health care. You come in with a request, fill out paperwork, and wait. My most recent experience with Concentra was better than previous ones, but that's only because of the limited service I needed. I find it shameful that Concentra is the primary provider of employer-based healthcare, be it vaccines, physicals, or worker's comp claims.

Very Polite and informative staff. They were thorough, they worked quickly and were very clear with their directions.

Worst experience I’ve had for a drug test. I’ve been here multiple times. Longest most uncomfortable wait.

I have been to different concentras and have been treated very poorly, but when I arrived to this concentra I was treated very well every time I showed up! From the front desk to the nurses and doctors and even when I went to the physical therapy spot every one was very kind and patient and definitely made my experience so much better!

Everything was professional there was not a long wait they took everything and I enjoy it.
