Concentra Urgent Care

Everyone’s nice and friendly. Just like anywhere else tho. 11: 15 appt means not being seen till almost noon. That’s why three stars.

Very VERY long wait time for such a short visit. I spent over 4 hours my first visit and my follow up appointment WITH an appointment was was a two hour wait just to be seen for 5 minutes and told my injury is improving and they’ll see me back in a week. I could’ve told them that… what a scam.

Didn’t really expect to be served that quick, your receptionists were very kind and especially Stacy very nice, friendly and knowledgeable of what she was doing plus the doctor was very nice and professional

I walked in at 425pm without an appointment, in spite of already having more then a handful of clients waiting I was able to get
my physical, TB Screening and my drug test. I was in and out in a more than reasonable amount of time. Great Staff from the reception front office (Charlene) to the back office nursing staff {Stacey). Thank you all again.

The wait wasn't as long as I anticipated. Staff was friendly. It was freezing inside, so I would suggest taking a jacket.

Severely understaffed. I waited three and a half hours before being seen by anybody, then waited another half hour before the doctor came in.

Sometimes I struggle with the language but that was not a problem in this place a person helped me with the paperwork and language thanks

Very unprofessional doctor and nurses. Be very careful. Also saw bugs in the waiting room. Find a different location if possible

Most of my visits have been very good, not too long a wait. Dr Elias is great and listens and gives good advise.

Organized and very clean facility. The staff are nice and fast especially Mario Trujillo. Thank you for your service.

Great workers always trying to professionally attending every patient irrespective of the over flow

Due to being short handed. Most staff especially those are the front desk were very unwelcoming and poor customer service manners.

Concentra is an awesome facility but usually when I go everyone is wearing a mask but on4/18/2023 I went to my usual appointment and they're were more than a handful of people not wearing mask and a couple of them either sneezed or coughed while I was there and usually they're on top of making people put on a mask if they don't have one for themselves they'll provide you one or they'll be available on the counter but for whatever reason that wasn't the case on that day and with COVID and other sicknesses floating around the air we should be careful especially in health care facilities other than that I've always enjoyed my doctor's visits because of the staff and cleanliness of the office hopefully they get that little problem corrected

It was simply and straight forward and the staff was friendly. Could have done without mask requirements though, it is 2023 after all.

I love the attention, everyone is very friendly in any language you need, they make everything practical for you.

I would give 0 stars if I could but I can't.
No one should be waiting an hour or more for an appointment. Walk-in sure whatever but if I make an appointment it's because that's when I have the time to be there. Not an hour later.
If there isn't enough staff to keep up with the appointments you make, don't make so many appointments because obviously you can't keep them, or hire more staff so you can keep the appointments.
