Concentra Urgent Care

Hopefully my first and last experience with Concentra. I went in for a drug test and the people in the back were rude.

The people were nice with the exception of the lady working the front desk, she was a little sharp. My only issue really was the condition of the restroom they have you use for testing, would it kill them to put on a new seat?

The City of Industry location is fantastic! I have been here several times for new hire tests & screens and everyone is always friendly and helpful. This time the girl at the front desk even called another location prior to giving my TB shot to make sure I could have it read over the weekend. (That location said yes when I really could not but that’s another issue.) I recommend the City of Industry location.

The staff was professional. My problem was that they don't tell people that their drug screens don't start until 90 minutes after they open.

My experiences have been positive. All steff demonstrate there professionalism when dealing with us the clients.

If u love sitting in a waiting room for 3+ hours.u will love this place! Come enjoy faux leather seats as u chill and relax under white florescent lighting and fill out endless paperwork. Lol. The staff was really nice.the wait was the worst.

Oh. I called ahead of time to ask about an appointment.and Desiree told me i didn't need one.ok.but why not offer an appointment if it'll save me this long wait?

Quite possibly the worst place for a drug test. These people clearly have a lack of time management. Literally waited for a couple hours just to be seen.

Great staff, very helpful, personable. I’ve had the opportunity to work will all 3 specialists and the experience has been positive.

I pinched a nerve on my back while lyfting a box and the doctor who checked me out said I had only pulled a muscle and despite the fact I could not walk properly or stand for a long period of time he sent me back to work the same day and refused to give me sick time I ended up having to go to the emergency room where they took care of me.

Went for a physical for a Job at Bassett Unified School District, on January 9,2019. The front desk staff was very pleasant and courteous. The facility was very clean and professional looking.

Took forever and there was no one in line or on the waiting room. On top of that im still in pain.

I went in for a test required by my employer on a Friday afternoon. I thought I was going to be there for ever not the case. I was instantly helped by the receptionist and a few minutes later I was called in. The team in the back office was great and I was out in record time.

I didnt know there was a way that you could make having a physical or having to drop a sample for urinalysis fun but they were able to do it. Really knowledgeable employees that explained every step of the process and made it also a learning moment. From the front of the office to the back of the office I appreciate the service I was provided. Thank you all!

Staff was very slow. I waited 2 hours and a half to get a test administered. I will choose a different location next time.

Went there for pre employment drug testing. The staff was courteous, professional, and helpful and the facilities were clean and very well organized. I would give more stars if I could.

Great experience. I usually hate going to the doctor but this time it was different. The staff was very friendly and it genuinely felt like they were concerned for my health.

Had to wait nearly 1 1/2 hr for a urine test and a flu shot.when only less then five patients were present at the time. NOT VERY EFFICIENT!

Very proficient quick and hospitable I didn’t have an appointment so I got there early expecting to be there all afternoon but I was seen and done within two hours

The receptionist was not very helpful. She keep me waiting then told me to fill out paper. She then keep me waiting. I saw the assistant then the Doctor, both went smoothly and quickly. I was told I could pick up my paperwork at the front desk. I again waited until I asked the receptionist. She told me she had to look for it and make copies.
The whole experience took a little more than two hours to complete my D. O. T.physical.
