Concentra Urgent Care

I had to take a urine test for drug testing as well as a blood test and take a vaccine. The issue was that I had to travel to two locations to do it. The urine test took 2.5 hours, sitting in a cold office, holding my urine. Then I had to drive 20 minutes to another Concentra location to have bloom drawn as well as a vaccine. Started at 9 am and didn’t finish when the entire process until about 12: 30 that afternoon. Not fun at all.

I arrived with just half hour till closing. Everyone was pleasant and professional the whole time and stayed late to complete all tasks upon my request. Very happy.

While I was here I had the worse service being here and do not ever want to come here again.the receptionist were nice and friendly but doctor Hawkins made my time terrible here.i explained to her about my knee injury and she told me that I don’t need my brace or my walker give it to someone else.but I simply advise her that I am continually hurting and the pain in my knee makes it hard to do my job as a delivery driver.she was not helping with my experience as a customer by telling me how I should feel and made it seem as my injury was not important to her knowledge with her job being a doctor. Therefore, once again I would never recommend coming here again to anyone in the future especially if doctor Hawkins is there now I have to go somewhere else where I feel more Accommodated.

Went in for a Physical and Drug Screen. Was seen fairly quickly and was outta there within an hour or so. People were Professional and courteous!

Place was safe, fast, and pleasant, the staff all happened to be pretty to so bonus. But for real, most places aren't as smooth, safe or seemingly proficiently systemic in approach.

I went here for a T. B.test & Physical for work related.
I was treated very nicely & respectfully from the receptionist, intake nurse, & Doctor.
I would most definitely come here again if need be.

Very polite and cheerful, and also surprisingly fast. It wasn’t crowded, but I imagine they would be very organized even under crowded circumstances & would probably be as timely as possible. They were very efficient and knowledgeable.

Horrible experience ever. They make you wait forever for simple medical procedures. Never coming here again.

The medical assistant was new and I don't think she knew what she was doing. I did my eye test and I got it right but apparently I need new glasses.

The staff is very friendly, and for what i had to do, i wasn't there too long. Nice people. Nice place

I recently went in for a physical and everyone from the receptionist to the nurses was great friendly and welcoming. I give this facility a 10 Great people Great service.

I went here for a pre-employment drug test on a friday morning a little after 9: 30 and was out of there in about 20 mins or less (most of that time was waiting in the lobby as there were a couple folks ahead of me but that gave me plenty of time to gulp down some water). The staff was super friendly and professional.

I am very very satisfied with the service.

Had an annual employment physical and Ppe mask fit test on Fri. 2/1 and was told to return to pick up the completed paperwork on Monday 2/4. It is now Monday, I’m here waiting at the clinic for the paperwork needed for clearance to be able to work tonight 7pm to 7am

Very fast, easy and efficient. The lady who administered my test was very sweet and personable. Great customer service!

It is greate! Your job will be done in a few minutes by friendly staff. The only negative point I found that the space between the bathroom, where you give the sample, and the locker is very small, but overall it’s not a big deal.

The staff and provider were very nice but my wait time exceeded 45 minutes and I needed to come back the next day to complete my pre-employment screening.

I saw about three people test and two out the three were before and after I tested but I was the only one that like had to be supervised during my test. I feel like that should be an all or nothing policy but that's just me.
