7 Their customer service needs to improve. It was a cloudy overcast day in Los Angeles and i was craving a nice hot coffee. I asked if thet had fresh coffee, the girl at the register said no fresh coffee, what they had been sitting there since 9AM, it about to be 1PM. 4 HOURS of coffee sitting in the pot is not good, she did not even ask me that she'll make a fresh pot of coffee, any restaurant or coffee shop would of made a fresh pot of coffee. I ordered Pupusas and we all know it takes a few minutes max. 10 or more. Yet she couldn't make a fresh pot of coffee while i waited?
I still yet have to travel the Pupusas. The pupusas are actually pretty good.
A homeless guy walled in and sat next to me, the employee saw it and never asked the homeless to leave. He smelled, thanks a lot for a nasty smelling experience at your place.
Please work on this or you are better of closed permanently!
Please try not to order the tacos (asada). The meat came out very crisp barely meat at all it was heavily burnt, the tortillas are also small and not enough to fill a person. The price is 2$ plus tax. Every other dish here is great just not the tacos
Small mom and pop place. Great service and the food is literally made to order. The huevos rancheros was good.
Good food better service. I had the ranchero breakfast it was delicious. My wife had pupusas they are authentic and the best we have had in southern California. I will be coming back when I visit LA again.
They offer a nice variety of fresh food. I liked dining here. Employees are always very friendly, prices are reasonable and the spot is always well organised.
The food was decently good but the wait time is really excrutiating especially if you are really hungry and want to eat right away might not be the place to go
Service is great and the owner makes feel you feel like you are at home. If you like spicy salsa, they make a delicious red sauce. I have never gotten sick from eating here. There ensalada drink is delicious.
