Highly recommend! We had a company that was supposed to come and clean our carpet that canceled at the last minute and although Concord Carpet Cleaning had a full schedule they fit me in. Jesse came and was so professional and helpful. Thank you!

Jesse thoroughly explained the treatment approach after wee walked through my living room, hallway, and bedroom. The service was excellent and the pricing was fair given how much work he put into my carpet and sofa and he even provided tips o how to extend the cleanliness and protection. Top tier service!

Jesse did such a great job on our rug and sofa. My dog rage peed all over them within the past few months and I just could not stand the smell anymore. Needed someone to come help clean ASAP since I was having guests come for the weekend. They graciously arrived in such short notice. Such a godsend!

Our cream colored carpeting throughout the house had not been cleaned professionally since we got it 8 years ago. Jesse spent as much time as needed, almost 8 hours, to get it looking new again. It looks and feels new again. Well worth the price!

After looking around at many other options in the area, we chose to go with Jesse to clean our kitchen tile that hadn't been deep cleaned since we moved in six years ago. (I didn't even know that this kind of service existed!) He told us how to prep for the appointment, and showed up on time.
