After visiting a different Honda Dealership and leaving very unhappy due to not being treated well, I was referred to Concord Honda by a close friend. I walked in nervous but I knew what car I wanted and the price range I was comfortable with.

I met up with Mike and he immediately greeted me and was very friendly from the beginning. He got to know my needs and wants and tried to find the perfect for me that fit my price range. After showing me the lot, I immediately fell in love with one of the Honda Accords on the lot and I worked with Mike to make sure i left with it that day. Mike was super helpful and explained all the extras and the benefits and he was ultimately able to help me secure the best deal.

I left very happy and if I was in the market for another car, I'd visit Concord Honda once again. I highly recommend this dealership and Mike for his hard work, patience, understanding, and friendliness.

For the most part I’ve had a good experience at Concord Honda but, this time at the new location I didn’t know where to go to get my airbags replaced due to a recall. I new it would be done in the garage so I started there. I stood in the garage for 10-15 min while people (employees) walked by. No one asked, ”can I help you”! No one!
With that said, I give Honda a 4 Star! Everything else was awesome!

Save yourself some time and go to a dealership that actually wants to sell cars. Salespeople are everywhere except helping you. Plenty standing around doing nothing. Had to have someone page a salesperson to the front and even then still waited. When we finally decided on a car, apparently 800+ credit score and being a returning customer mean absolutely nothing when in the negotiating room, so be prepared to pay outrageous prices or walk out, as I did.

Concord Honda is, the very best car dealership I've ever been to! I bought my new 2018 Honda Odessy Touring! From VINCEand he IS THE BEST! AND THE FINANCE DEPT IS AWESOME! I reccomend this dealership to everyone who is, looking for top quality service.

The Service Department was Excellent! All the Staff were very Friendly & very Helpful & Take Good Care of their Customer, you can feel right away that customer satisfaction is the first priority for them, specially this Guy name Wasif Khan a very very Nice Person to deal with, he did a great job that makes me feel im important to them even though im just an ordinary customer, Keep up the Good job Wasif & More Power to Honda!

We purchased our Honda Pilot from this dealer and have come back for some add on such as adding roof rails and trailer hitch. Everyone here is polite and very customer service oriented. This is one of the better Honda dealers around. They take the time to listen to their customers.

Terrible service, oversell of the unnecessary services, my Honda CR-V engine light is on, I had to go there 3 times within 3 weeks, each time they came up with a different story related to emission, apparently they could not find out what is wrong with emissions, so they ask me to change one part at a time, and they can charge me more money each time, I have spent over $1500, the engine light is still ON! My car engine light is on after 30k mile service in this shop about 3 weeks ago, now I think they did Something wrong and messed up my car in 30k service. Instead of fixing my car, they came up with all different diagnoses and charged me more and more money for the same issue.
Btw, the measurements of brake are dramatically different within one week of my visit, the car only drive about 30 miles, the first time I was told the car brake is good to drive at least another 5000 miles, one week later I was told the brake needs to changed after driving 30 miles

Concord Honda is a first class dealership. I have purchased 2 Honda Accord's and 1 Honda Civic from them. The service department has always exceeded my expectations. I recommend Concord Honda to anyone interested in a Honda.

I arranged to have a hitch installed on my new 2018 CRV. I was met by Rich Johnson for my 11am appt. Tom Daw, my original service advisor wasn't around so Rich stepped in. I pointed out that my trunk door had a wider gap on the right side vs.the left side. He said he would note it on the service order - which he did not. I gave him a Concord Honda 20% off coupon for parts and installation and he said it looked like a fake. I was not pleased with his sense of humor. During my wait, I met one of their mechanics who told me to never have service on Saturdays because it was a zoo and to always use the non-appointment line and to never make an appointment for service because the service advisors don't communicate with them and therefore the mechanics always work on the autos in the non-appointment line first. Appointment customers end up waiting longer. Five hours later, Rich met me in the waiting room and asked if Tom Daw spoke to me. I said "no" and he said Tom was a coward to not let me know that they needed to order a hitch adapter and this part will be delivered in the morning. Did I mention that I was there 5 hours to have a basic hitch installation with no wiring harness needed. They arranged a rental car for me to get home from a nearby Enterprise - and the Enterprise team was great. I arrive the next afternoon and the hitch was finally installed. I was surprised when I had to pay an extra $110 for the hitch adapter part that they ordered. Rich said they haven't installed a hitch before and didn't know of the extra cost. I asked him if someone inspected the work of the mechanic who did the installation and he said they had no quality control measures in place and just put the trust on the mechanic. This was the worst service experience for me, a new Honda owner who purchased a car from Concord Honda for the first time. Rick, Ali and sales team were great, but the service team, no thanks to Rich Johnson was horrible, just horrible.

Outstanding service and support. One of the reason why I bring my Pilot here is the staff that are very knowledgeable and friendly. Plus the reception/waiting area is one of the best this side of town. AAA+

Not happy about this dealer, and their sister dealer, Serramonte:

I bought a low-mileage, Certified Pre-Owned Odyssey from Serramonte, precisely because Honda covers these cars for warrany service at "every" official Honda dealer. I brought it into Concord Honda for its scheduled oil change. I follow every maintenance schedule to a T.

They told me that the rear tires were prematurely worn. This is odd on a front-wheel drive vehicle with only 17K miles. Knowing that is likely an alignment issue, something that is checked under Honda's certification process, I suggested they check it. They did not want to do so unless I paid, and told me I should take it back to Serramonte. A service supervisor actually told me they "couldn't know what was checked under its certification". It's the same process for every Honda to achieve the certification, and the car is in Honda's database!

So, I had them change the oil and filter, and said I'd take it back to Serramonte for the alignment check.

When they were done, they told me that both front brake pistons were leaking, required immediate repair, and that it was "definitely" under Honda warranty, but again told me to take the car back to Serramonte.

At this point, being a "Certified" Honda dealer, they should have immediately offered to fix the car, but they instead told me to DRIVE AN UNSAFE CAR TWENTY-FIVE MILES ON SOME OF THE BUSIEST HIGHWAYS IN THE SAN FRANCISCO AREA.

I made an appointment at Serramonte, but this morning I realized how crazy it would be to drive there with unsafe brakes. So I called Honda Corporate, and explained the story to them. The representative confirmed that Concord Honda, as a dealer, should have explored and seen to anything covered under the Honda warranty.

I decided not to drive the unsafe car, and I am waiting for a call from a Honda America supervisor to see how to proceed.

The very fact that I am put into a position to have to resort to this action, and that the dealers -"sister" dealers, no less! - play a despicable game of avoiding their obligation to Honda customers is irresponsible and disgusting.

In the past, for another Honda, I had service done by Marin Honda. The differences are like night-and-day: Marin was professional, communicated well, did great service, and were responsible to warranty claims.

They always take care of me and my car. No one tries to upsell me or act like they can get over on me because Im female. I've seen the alternative so I'm glad I get my car serviced here.

Terrible service thought the phone, but decent service at the dealership. I went to the dealership to get my brakes check, & suggested to replace everything. My rotors & brake pads were fine, it was just the brake clips that needed to be replace. The brake clips only cost 15$. They wanted to charge me 400$ for something that didn't need to be fix.

I had a great experience here. Ali was the salesperson that helped me and he was very informative and not at all pushy. And I'm so happy with my brand new Honda CRV!

Service center tends to be slow and not that friendly. Had to remind staff we were waiting for my wife's car several times. No one wanted to help as the service customer who initially helped my wife was on lunch.
