I took my car to Concord Mazda three times and I did not have any issues! They are super responsive and professional. I highly recommend them!

Great service from buying our car to getting it serviced! We live about 45 minutes away and they are worth the drive!

This place has horrible customer service. Seems like they just want to take your money but do not really care about the customer. They do nothing in a timely manner including not answering phone during business hours, always telling you they are too busy with other customers.

Love the staff and service here at Concord Mazda. The Technicians are great too! I am pleased with how things are explained to me regarding car maintenance. Erik helped me most of my visits. This gentleman made sure I was getting everything needed for the maintenance check. It makes feel that they are knowledgeable, and I have confidence that my car is in good running order. They also offer a lot of treats coffee, and water. Super clean loo. I am glad I choose the dealership which will take care of my car needs without charging an arm and a body part. Erik and Tech at Service you guys and gals keep up the fantastic work.

Brought my wife’s car in for routine maintenance, worked with Mark who was awesome - Very communicative and easy to work with. Minor service issue occurred that was quickly and effectively resolved, Mark did a great job of handling it. Despite the issue, keeping review at 5 stars due to overall experience and specifically Mark.

I took my Mazda cx5 in to fix the broken sport mode switch that I only used one time. They tried to sell me a bunch of other things that my car needed. I waited until I got a video from them with the recommendations. Once I got it I realized that it was too much for me to spend. I emailed Eric, the guy that was helping me and told him to just work on the switch. Instead he did a couple of other things that Mede the bill too high. He gave me 30% off and I took my car back. A couple of days later I drove the car and I realized that the speakers on the left side were not working. I took the car back and I told them that they forgot to plug something. They took the car and send me an estimate of over a thousand dollars because the tuner was broken. They also told me that something was wrong before I bought the car to them. I told Eric that the car was ok when I brought it to the dealer. He said that he was going to give me a discount. I only had to pay 350 dollars to fix it. He made me an appointment and ordered the parts. I took the car back for the weekend. I drove home and the stereo was working perfectly. Two weeks later is still working. So the way I see it, they tried to charge me a thousand dollars for plugging the cable they missed back together. I will never go back to this place again.

I went to Mazda in Concord For a Service on my car, part of a warranty, Milica the service receptionist registered my car and followed up with me. She was very courteous, nice knowledgeable and professional. Then they communicated with me via text which I preferred. They sent a video of the technician about what he did to my car and what was the result of the repair. It was pretty amazing. After that I had a follow up email from the Manager thanking me so I was totally impressed with a Mazda. It’s a brand new dealer shop and I I will definitely go back and I highly recommend it. Thank you Mazda team and thank you Milica for a wonderful service.

I've done all my oil changes and major services here. They're efficient, courteous and professional. I never feel pressured to do any more than I need or can afford. The waiting area has complimentary drinks, wifi and space to do work if needed. They even send you a video of what the technician saw during inspection. I appreciate the transparency. For that, I'll continue to bring my car here.

When I take my Mazda3 in I always get great service. Erik is the service advisor I’ve been going to. He is always courteous and explains everything.

I haven’t always had the best service here but since they’ve moved locations down the street and have been under new management I decided to give them another chance with them being the closest dealership to me and I have not had any problems since my first encounter with them. When I first arrived and got out of my car, I was greeted right away by a service advisor who was able to check me in and get all my questions squared away quickly. After they did my oil change, they washed my car (as requested) and went out of their way to vacuum the inside which was needed badly. Something as little as that made my day! I also love getting the videos from the mechanics at the end that show me what services were performed on my car and what is recommended: Will continue coming back to this location because of the friendly staff and great service.

Problem solvers. I spoke to the technician (Lawrence) who took a video and diagnosed my car of the problem i was having. He knew what he was talking about and talked to me on the phone for a long time about it. Mili and the team were awesome too! Would come back again. Thanks guys!

We've been servicing our car with Concord Mazda for years from our 2016 CX-5 to my 2022 Miata and service has always been great. Appointments are quick and easy and they don't try to push services you don't need. And our cars have been so great, they have only needed preventative maintenance.

I had a good experience. My non factory cargo cover snapped off the connecting pieces of the trunk door. I didn’t have to pay for the repair but I did decide to buy the factory cover to avoid it happening again. Staff was helpful, nice, and considerate.

Presentry have purchased 3 Mazda''s from this dealership. Service for all 3 cars has been fair, fast, and all work performed was done to a high work level.

The Concord Mazda Service Center was great. The person at the front desk gave me several options for what I needed and the description of the work that was going to be done on my car was clear and detailed. The person who actually performed the service on my car took a video and explained what he saw. I felt reassured that the people at Mazda were very diligent and thorough with the work. I can definitely recommend this place.

Really convenient facility. They have accommodated my service needs without an appointment and completed the work ahead of time.
Really appreciate the video report with a detailed description. Will be back when need another service for my Mazda.

Had a 60k mile interval maintenance. Service advisor was very professional. I left my car overnight because the shop did not have the proper spark plugs. Car running good.

I brought my car in on 5/10/23 (car was purchased from this dealership on 4/22) because the alignment was off (pulling right). They corrected it free of charge but I had to wait almost 3 hours for alignment and oil change (was promised 2 hours), no big deal.

Not even 3 weeks after and the car alignment is pulling right AGAIN! I bring the car back today 6/6/23 to have the alignment adjusted. This time they charged $180 for the alignment. They blame the new aftermarket wheels and tires I put on the car that is causing the alignment issue. In what world installing a new wheels and tires cause alignment issue, is Mazda cars that fragile that taking off and putting on wheels cause the alignment to be off?

I was offered NO explanation by the service advisor, just told to pay up. ALSO, this time I had to wait ALMOST 4 HOURS just for the alignment, making me miss another appointment (I was promised 2 hours). At this point I had no energy to argue with the service advisor so I just pay and leave to get away from this dealer. Later I tried to call their service department manager and got the "he is not available right now but you can leave a voicemail for him".

At this tike I have not gotten a call back. Moving forwards, I plan to bring my car somewhere else.

They always take care of me there and treat me well. I love the video you get when the service is complete showing all the services completed and areas they are watching.
