It stands to reason the services Concours' people performed were excellent, but I'd like to give them kudos for the way they kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. For years I thought that the people at Schneider's Autohaus in Santa Barbara who took care of my Porsche were in a class by themselves, but they've got company on the top step when it comes to customer service. In the future Concours has my business with the VW diesel.

Phil and the Concours Motors team were courteous and professional. Investigate and resolved a German auto ABS system issue. Specific parts were acquired as planned and installed within a day. Requested a full service was promptly completed.clean work. Asian AutoTech on Callens Rd referred me to Concours to address the brake issue. Asian AutoTech handles the Toyota/Asian autos. Good people, service teams and clean shops with these two auto locations. Highly Recommended.

I like these folks but I have a continuing problem having them pick up and deliver my vehicle. They advertise it on every mailing I get but when I ask when making an appointment I get resistance. Also, on the most recent service, they did not apply the $61 discount from the snail-mailed coupon, even though I mentioned when making the appt. Still, I like these folks and will continue doing business with them.

Consistently do a great job at fair prices. Shop is extremely clean also. The only place our Beerle Bug get's serviced. Great job and fair pricing, quality of workmanship is excellent.

I have been looking for a reputable auto repair place for the past year. I received an impressive advertisement from Concours motors in my mail that caught my eye. I decided to give them a try. Xochil was my representative and she handled everything professionally from beginning to end. I was impressed with her professionalism, friendliness, follow up, communication and the work performed on my car by the service technicians. I can say that I would definitely bring my car back for service as I trust that Concourse is knowledgeable in handling European vehicles (Mercedes). This says a lot as I normally would take my car to Mercedes in Westlake. They are very good too, but I didn’t want to keep paying the astronomical prices, especially now when gas, food and everything else going up. I would definitely recommend Concours Motors.

Concours did a great job on our BMW. The customer service is stellar, and even though they were really busy they squeezed us in and got our car back to us within a few days. They were so helpful! I highly recommend them.
