22 I'm currently the president of a small HOA and CMS has been our property manager and business agent for about 12 years. We've had two agents and they've both been competent and responsive. They manage the common area only; all the residences are individually owned so CMS isn't involved with repairs to the residences. I haven't experienced the type of problems mentioned in many of the other reviews. I'm inclined to believe most reviews are written by people who have an ax to grind.
I agree with the comment that the owner can be abrupt at times but fortunately I don't have to deal with him but on rare occasions.
CMS is the worst HOA management company I've been around. I used to be on the board for our HOA, I'm going to get back on just so I can get rid of CMS.
