I've been using medical transport since February 2017 to and from dialysis 3 three times a week. I was assigned to 4 four different companies by the insurance company.
I was almost never picked up to and from dialysis. The drivers always said to me contact the medical transport office. They are booked back to back every 15 fifteen minutes. It is obviously imposible to be on time. Thankhey could not pick me up within the fifteen minutes grace period. I was picked up; up to one hour fifteen minutes LATE at times. #CONEJO VALLEY TRANSIT picked me up one day because the usual transport company re_routed me. AMEN for that. They were so on time. I had to actually fight with insurance supervisor to change the transport company to #COMEJO VALEEY TRANSIT. Now I inotice they they even come EARLY.
