I had a toilet that kept running for months and a leak under the kitchen sink. Wayne came out and was very nice, polite, informative and explained everything he was doing and showed me where the sink was leaking, at the faucet, it needs to be replaced. From scheduling the appointment to the service tech coming out I was very pleased and I would recommend and use this company again.

Spoke with the owner yesterday to tell him of my predicament of the sabotaged introduction of pine cones in my septic system and he had the best man named David come up and he is a true professional. Great service and great people. Definitely will be my first call every time. And the best thing is that conforti was recommended by their competition.and that means a lot

We had a leak in our main water line, Alex came out and quickly repaired it. He ensured the replacement line and valve worked as expected, and was pro throughout the repair.

Previously, I've also had Conforti replace a water heater and reconfigure several water lines in the house, and had an equally great experience.

Our 5 year old water heater was leaking and Safe Cali Plumbing was assigned by First American home warranty. A total of 5 visits to our house. 3 to assess and 2 to attempt to repair we received tons of run around and they ended up reporting to our warranty company that there was no failure. We had to reopen our case and since we’ve had the best of luck with Conforti I requested them instead. They sent a plumber out almost immediately. He inspected everything and fixed it on the same day. Said our water expansion tank had completely failed. Problem solved. No more leaking. We won’t be using any assigned plumber again. We have had the best of luck with Conforti every time and we will be sure to request them in the future. Lesson learned.

My bathroom sink was leaking and 1st plumber couldn't figure it out and his suggestion was ridiculous. I'm new to the area and knew I had to find a reliable plumber so I reached out to the community for recommendation. Two recommended Conforti. I called Conforti on Monday and they sent Wayne on Tuesday. He soon found the source of the leak, but fixing it took a long time due to how the pedestal sink had been installed. He was so diligent in determining how he could accomplish the repair. Had to make couple trips to hardware store. I was so impressed with his desire to fix it and did so in a very professional manner! I was very happy with the result. I'm also thrilled to know I now have a reliable plumbing company I can call when needed. Conforti Plumbing is who you should call when help is needed. Such fast service and work completed quickly by competent staff. Wayne is great!

I work for a health care facility and needed a water heater installation due to a failing one. I have 6 clients that take cold showers every day. I called Conforti for help and explained this to them. They didn't get back to me the first week after leaving a message for the estimator. Followed up the second week. Still no call back. Week 3 I told them I will need to explore other options if they cannot come out to take a look at the water heater replacement. Finally 4 days later on week 4 I received a call back. I was explained over a 20 minute phone all the possibilities what the problem could be when all I needed is an estimate for replacement and where in which I only was able to get in 3 words. Then they told me to call somebody else to get their opinion. After I did that I called them back and left another message to tell them their opinion. And I am still currently waiting a call back and its been 3 more days.

We called, not an emergency, and they were able to come out the same day to fix a dripping faucet. Repaired quickly by the nice friendly tech!

Conforti is the only plumbing service I will use. They are always responsive, knowledgeable, and professional, and they will come all the way to The Divide. They always warn me that the drive out will cost extra, but the final bill is never unreasonable. They're the absolute best.

Respectful. Reasonably priced and very knowledgeable. They were at my house within a couple hours, cleared the problem, and walked me through some options for longer term fixes without pushing me towards anything.

Installed new Rinnai tankless hot water heater andi initial service was good. Have had issues with the water heater and they have not been very responsive in resolution.

Called for water heater repair and nothing for repaired and was suggested to replace the heater as its old but heater is in perfect working condition. But charging 120 an hour + 15 seemed steep charge for just visiting and suggesting to replace the unit.

Another company also came out did the same for 65.

Nick and his crew did a great job relocating and installing a new water heater. They also installed a new propane line for my furnace. They were great to work and very professional. Highly Recommend!
