There is no question on the quality of care from a whole package perspective here. Had a badly fractured ankle. Saw Dr Fraipont, and had surgery at their surg center. Every person I interacted with was friendly, professional, and efficient at their job. Transparent communication and delivered on their word. I had gone to another office in burbank for a previous injury. The care was mediocre at all touch points. Don’t accept mediocre care. There are practices like this that will allow you to get great care.

I enjoyed my visit here everyone I met that day was awesome very friendly and caring. Dr. Harris is so nice I haven’t seen a doctor who is so caring and patient.

I just love everything about Congress medical, everyone is so nice and accommodating never have to wait. Extremely happy with my care.

The PA I’ve seen several times is awesome. He takes lots of time and thoroughly explains all test results, unlike many other doctors (even doctors in the practice). He even discovered a serious issue that the doctor hadn’t bothered to read. I wish the doctors were as patient-oriented as the PA.

Great doctors. Superb staff, gave accurate estimate of my meniscus surgery. Great follow up. I highly recommend them.
2023… injured tendons in my right hand; no real recovery after ~5 months so saw orthopedic surgeon specializing in hand injuries; was given a little black strap to wrap around my injury & told to take ibuprofen.

X-ray technician, Dr Harris his assistant, nurse and the front desk employees were Courteous, efficient, professionals and I got out of there in less than an hour. I was very pleased with my first visit.i recommend this place to everyone.

Thankful for appointment today! Had a long weekend of discomfort. Called in an received an appointment for today Wednesday! Dr Sabagge was awesome. Seen the problem and got to the solution swiftly.

While I had to wait approx. 20 mins.before being taken into an exam room, the nurse practioner, Joanna was thorough
and administered the cortisone shot at the base of my finger with relatively little pain. Hopefully, this will solve my 'trigger finger' problem.

As.retired ICU RN i can confidentially say the care was perfect. Everyone was kind and their care pre and post op was excellent highly recommend my surgeon Dr Harris and Congress Orthopedic group.

Horrible experience. Doctors spend less than 5 min with patients per appt. Front office is full of rude people, unaccommodating to patients in general but also in addressing their own shortcomings. I will not go back.

I met with Dr. Fraipont today and he was so kind and informative. Felt very confident in his ability. Took the time to explain and the options I have to think about. Thank you so much. He is a great asset to the Congress Associates.

Went over my health records and an MRI, he was very thorough regarding what I needed, and if I have surgery, he was very thorough explaining and helping me understand what that would be like,

It’s a nightmare trying to change an appt. Takes 20 mins to get a live person and once you do they hate their job and full of attitude. If that’s the service they are going to render they should just allow online changes instead of having us call.

I am very hopeful that my back will be fixed finally. I am starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Very professional would highly recommend

From the time I walk in the receptionist, very good customer, service the doctor was very polite, examining explain to me my situation they sent me to x-ray. Wow the whole staff very friendly good customer service I love this doctors office is far for me. It is all worth it.

Congress Medical MRI scheduled an appointment regarding my torn hamstring and refuse to render arrives and bill my insurance but rather bill me upfront. The worse part is that they told me the day of the appointments twice. They are contracted providers with my insurance and refuse to bill the insurance and rather charge me upfront. This is unethical at best! First they wanted to charge me my deductible upfront but I had other claims coming through, so I waited. Now that the deductible is paid they want to charge me my full coinsurance upfront before rendering arrives. The insurance should always pay their claim before a member is billed. No member should have to pay upfront when going to an in network provider. These practices are why people do not receive medical care. I will not be returning back to Congress. I’ve received poor care and many bills that have been paid. They only care about money and not care. I will be writing a formal complaint to DOI and insurance.
