We only got fried zucchini this time, but it was soo good dipped in the ranch they have us. The portions were great, and two of us were able to eat one order, and that was enough just to have as a snack. I definitely recommend it.

Love the zucchini fries and the peanut butter banana shake is to die for. I go here all the time, highly recommend.

I got the avocado bacon burger. Good but a bit dry. Enjoyed the generous lettuce portion. Needed to reassemble my burger with better ingredient placement. Super friendly and helpful staff. Cute fun place. Definitely fresher and nicer than fast food, but food still left a lot to be desired in my opinion. I've heard their breakfast is really good, but haven't tried it.

Good breakfast burritos- I dont eat pork so appreciate that they have a pastrami and steak option. The pancakes are good too and huge!

Vintage-type diner popular with the locals for takeout. Also has a dine-in room. Sandwiches are mostly the hot/grilled type (i.e. Cheesesteaks), and burgers. There's also a breakfast menu in the morning.

Cold cuts, pastrami, burger, fries and even the ranch everything here is delicious and the service is fantastic!

This place has the best fries I have ever eaten. Get them well done extra crispy with the honey mustard sauce

Love this place. So does everybody else. It is an institution. All kinds of food, good prices, friendly atmosphere.

First and only time having breakfast at the Pasadena location, I ordered a sausage omelette, worst omelette I've had literally! Way over cooked, dry, overcooked sausage, hash browns we're definitely double cooked and also very dry and flavorless, it was HORRIBLE.
I do order lunch from conals occasionally, everything else has been great, but the breakfast omelette was the worst I've had.

This retro sandwich shop has a huge menu of delicious meals. Their fries are out of this world. My favorite is the Philly Cheese steak.

Ordered the avacado sandwich. My first in a long list of recommendations for Connals. The beef dip is what I recommend. I am now a long term customer I first posted my review 4 years before this edit, their entire menu has been excellent. I've gone here around 1 or 2 times a month since then, and their food has been consistently good.
They've moved their ordering to only outside, but you can dine inside, as well as out back, the chipper sparrows will accept small scrap fries.
There is always a bit of confusion about who has ordered or wants to order, look for people to have a receipt.

Quick Gyro order never failed me yet. It was delicious and not salty. Parking is tough since everyone wants to buy their meals here.

It just as good today as it was 30+ years ago! I also ordered a butterscotch milkshake so delicious, , my companions ordered sodas.

Old style Diner counter, has a little interior space and is always busy because the food is great. Don't be afraid of the lines, they are lightning fast. Excellent Asian style chicken salad, pastrami, and one of the best $12 antipasto salads around.
