My first experience with having to deal with hearing loss was very pleasant thanks to the professional handling by Bryan Weathers. He was very thoural and explained everything so I could understand everything about my new hearing aids. He made feel like I wasn't just another customer he made me feel special and that he really wanted me to enjoy the ability to hear better. Again my thanks to Bryan your terrific!

I’ve worked with this office for over 6 years now and have always received excellent service. Very personable friendly yet totally professional. They work with my insurance to get the most money possible. They always keep me up to date with new products and services. I would give them 6 stars if I could.
First things first, Lori at the reception desk is extrremely helpful,
and is a delight to deal with. Then, Bob Eberle is wonderful also.
He listens to your concerns and then proceeds to help solve them.
He is extremely knowledgeable and can answer most questions
quickly and completely. I would recommend them to anyone.
