Audiologist Connect Hearing reviews
10Great experience. They helped my dad with his hearing aids, and they explained everything to him in a very friendly way. I highly recommend them.
Amazing friendly provider and Cheryl both are personable and happy to see you. I have had enjoyable visits to this office, all my concerns and questions were answered
The service I received was great. The staff was great and answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable.
Great experience, they went above and beyond to get my mother in for her appointment. They were very helpful and patient with my 92 yr old mother. Thank you
I have been a client here for a number of years. I have always appreciated the quality of staffing I have experienced here. The current staff is no exception. Cheryl, the receptionist, is very cordial and efficient; Sal, the technician, is very knowledgeable and effective in giving my hearing aids top quality service!
Everyone I spoke to was responsive to my needs. The customer service identified as superior and knowledgeable. Will definitely recommend to others who need this service.
Lost my custom mold earplugs but didn't even notice it until I called 5 weeks later asking for a status update. Was informed the post office dropped it off but they don't know where it is. Yeah. No wonder if you never followed up on the package to begin with.
I was told this ear plugs would take 2 weeks.no follow up on replacing them, or getting another shipment. Just SOL and excuses. These were $300 custom ear plugs to help my pain disorder.
So frustrating to have to find another audiologist for this.
They have been very helpful in my getting hearing aids & making sure it was billed correctly. They are very people friendly & other than check-ups or update the data on my hearing aids I can call in for minor cleaning etc.issues and then walk-in later in the day.
Everyone was nice & helpful the Audiologist was great & explained everything to me.
