Here just sharing my home selling process and relationship with Clint. He helped me sell two of our homes when I thought there was no way we can get the money he told us we can get and more. Even more my brother help me with buying my forever home with out him being in the deal. We reached out to him because we had an opportunity to buy a home straight from the seller (close friend). Without hesitation he came over and we made a deal with the seller. When he says he’s for the people he really means it.

Working with Clint has been an amazing experience. We achieved our first homeowners experience in 2019. We were not an easy task, most properties we wanted to see were out of Clint’s area, but he never said no to us. We ended selling what we thought was our forever home, again, not an easy task, our property faced many obstacles but not impossible for Clint. We sold and bought our current home with Clint in 2022. Clint goes above and beyond to make you feel more than a “client”. If you need anything, any type of service, Clint is the man, he knows everyone and I mean everyone.

My first transaction working with Clint and I was very impressed. He was professional and communicated very well throughout the transaction. Clint was able to secure our client with $17,000 in seller credit so our VA buyer only brought in $1,000 total for an $850,000 purchase. The listing agent tried to drop the credits before escrow, during escrow and even tried to have our buyer paid for the termite repairs. Clint held his ground and was able to secure an amazing deal for our buyer. He is not only great an opening escrow, but great at negotiating during escrow. Clint also negotiated with the sellers to allow our buyer to close a week early so his family could move into the house right away! 5-star service all around by Clint!

Clint and his team worked diligently to help a mutual client buy a commercial building. He was communicative, responsive and trustworthy. I wish we worked together more often!
