I want to start off by sharing that Kevin is a great leasing agent that has so much patients he was very professional and was very attentive to all of our questions and concerns. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about constellation realty management. My wife and I got pre-approved to lease an apartment and we were very excited about this good news however, there was poor communication, information was very misled and changed often. In order to address the issue constellation management was rude and with an attitude gave us no other option but to decline our approval such a sad experience: (

I rented from them back in 2020. Take pics of your unit before moving in. They didn't do ANY maintenance, there was roaches and mice, they didn't update the website to accept the move-in deal so i was threatened with a delinquent fee/eviction affer the first month, I fought to get a leak in the ceiling fixed for about a month, the coin laundry ALWAYS broke, it was expensive for an apartment with no amenities or parking, and they tried to keep the majority of my deposit when I moved out for "cleaning". They even tried to charge me for the next month because I gave them the key a day late, I couldn't get ahold of anyone for that day! I had to go to them to drop it off, only to be ignored for an hour while they just stood around and laughed and chatted in that office. Shady and lazy management group and would never rent from them again.

Read the reviews and read the responses company representatives provide. That should enlighten potential tenants of the type of business this management company runs. From my experience, reps are not organized, will misinform you to get you in the door and then use abrasive tactics/pressure you to pay an absurd amount of money or miss out on the space. There are better ways to conduct business and I would be cautious working with this company. Other customers might have better experiences but my first impression was worth spending my time on a review to hopefully help someone else avoid this mess.

I found properties on Facebook market place and my agent was KEVIN, he is amazing! 24 hours found my place and signed my lease! So he has actually been working with me on and off for a month to fit my needs and work with me with my credit and a felony. He told me what I needed to do and when it was time, 24 hrs later after submitting everything, I signed my lease. He will go above and beyond with you, clear communication answers all questions quickly, he’s professional and caring! I’ve never worked with a leasing agent like this I am so surprised. The office staff was friendly and helpful as well. I’m planning on staying with constellation management for a long time. Easiest process Ive ever had getting a place

Smooth and easy process - overall such a pleasure to work with this property management. My leasing agent, Kevin, has been the best! He's been very attentive to all my needs and has tried to be helpful in every way possible whenever I ask for any type of assistance. He's such an easy person to talk to and easy to connect with. I was able to view, apply, and sign the lease all within 24 hours!

Never rented from these people and based on how they reply on here to dissatisfied tenants, I definitely never will. To Thomas Guzman - What they wrote in response to your review violates so many consumer protection laws that if I were you I'd hire an attorney and go after these people. Your financial situation is a private matter and no business has the right to share it publicly. It shocks me that they are stupid enough to put their reply in writing and publish it for the world to see. If they get smart and delete it, that's great, however they've already harmed your mental wellbeing and reputation, so they still owe you compensation. Make sure you get a screenshot of it incase they do delete it, and if you aren't able to, reach out to me and I will send you the one I have.

Kevin Crosland (Leasing Agent) has been assisting me with finding a home for the past few months. He has done such an amazing job at helping me find the best home that's meets my requirements. He always took the time to thoroughly explain all the home details before we decided to move forward with it. He also ensured that he would look for other options to pick from if I did not like the ones I viewed. On top of everything he made my experience of looking for a place less stressful. He always was in a good mood every time we met up and extremely accommodating regarding scheduling viewings and making himself available on short notice when necessary. Although we have yet to find a unit to move into, I’ve been so impressed by Kevin’s communication when inquiring about different available rentals. Finding housing is often stressful and daunting & it’s so nice feeling someone really cares about helping throughout the process.

The leasing agent I worked, Kevin, is the best agent I have ever worked with. I was running late to the showing of a unit, and he came all the way back to allow me to view it. During the showing, he was well-informed on the unit and had an answer for all of my many questions, even though this is just one listing out of various he has. In less than 24 hours of viewing the unit, I was approved for the apartment and received a text directly from Kevin informing me of the approval so quickly. I highly recommend working with Kevin to find your next SD home. He was punctual, well-informed, communicative, and had a comforting energy that will make anyone want to rent from Constellation Realty.

They now have some complexes in Carson City, Nevada. The manager. Ike is the best. If you are looking for a nice family friendly place to live Constellation Realty has you covered.

This is an amazing real estate company literally helped me so much. Got me move into my apartment in literally 2 days, its hard to find affordable housing and they made it easy. Ask for Kevin he is a great leasing agent.

WORST management company. They do NOT help with any maintenance requests. I have mold getting worse and worse in my apartment and no one has been by to check anything out. I have made multiple maintenance requests that go unanswered. I call the office and they are rude and are not helpful at all. Avoid this place at all costs. Terrible customer service and they lack professionalism.

Very prompt, efficient and quick service regarding the application process. Kevin communicated well setting up a viewing and delivering the keys. Overall, this is the best experience I’ve had renting. Only took one day from application to securing the unit. Highly recommend.

Probably the worst move in experience I've had. While the property itself is beautiful, the leasing manager Kevin was useless. He ignored texts for days and refused to share the property managers information or schedule a time for me to pick up keys and do a walk through. I had to end up calling the office and the property manager was an hour late to the appointment for a walk through/key pickup. I'm happy with the property and rent, but dissatisfied with the communication and lack of organization and care/consideration towards renters.

I lived at 2 separate properties that constellation managed. I had a great experience with Tracey who went above and beyond both during the application and move in process and later when we had to move out sooner than we anticipated! The homes were also lovely and very reasonably priced.

Constellation Realty Management has the best rates in the city. The people working here actually care and will go above and beyond to make sure you are being helped.

Very nice company, i’ve been with them for 3 years and never did I have a problem with them. Had to leave my unit do to a family emergency. They were very understanding about it. Currently on the process of coming back with the company. I see myself as a long term tenant with them. They also have nice leasing agents.

They worked with me to get me into my new place early. They have been great partners in my living arrangements for over a year.

Kevin is an outstanding agent. Everything went smoothly, I was able to get an apartment very quickly.
