Delicious Chile Verde Burrito
A Client of Mine Brought Us Burritos For Lunch One Day, Asked Where It Was From "He Said Consuelos" Now Every Time I'm In The Area It's A Must For Me. I Know They Sell Other Food But I've Only Tried The Chile Verde Burritos

Best Mexican food around that area. Chile Verde 100% Chiken tortilla sopa 100%. Only take out, closes at 5pm too early.

If you are tired of being stuck in traffic and want the best burrito in 50 miles in any direction, then call and order or stop by, you will not be disappointed. A local turned me on to this hidden treasure.

The Food is out of this world. Honestly, the best Mexican food I've EVER had. EVER. ANYWHERE. Service is slow and there's no dine in. Other than that, you'll LOVE it. Be patient. The staff really is trying their best. They get a ton of orders and they're pushing them out as fast as they can.

Overpriced $14 carne asada burrito tasted like it was made with cheap meat that tasted like hamburger. Not impressed.

Excellent Mexican food! Found this gem on the way to LA. Highly recommend! Had carnitas burrito and cheese enchilada plate. To Go only, no seating inside. Most customers ate in their cars including us. Hope you enjoy as much as we did.

I expected better. Take out only. After seeing all the great reviews I was let down. The Carne asada was super dried out. The pasole was just ok, the enchilada was more like a cheese quesadilla. They wanted to charge extra to cut my burrito in half and could not tell me how much which I still cannot believe. Overall very little flavor. The only thing else I can say is that I wish I went to del taco instead.

NO inside dining since COVID.but plenty busy & popular. Can phone in orders giving payment card info. Good food and service. Early morning parking might be a challenge

Born and raised in a local town of banning I've been all over California I ate a Lots of Mexican food but the home style Mexican food that's made at Consuelo's the best they should get another restaurant up and running in Beaumont or Cabazon I'll be 43 this year on May 13th I like the new upgrade since I left and came back I've told many many people where I come from there is a best Homestyle Mexican food restaurant if they're out in the area they should stop in Banning California at Consuelo's Homestyle Mexican food I'll give you 100% guaranteed

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the pleasant aroma of good food. I just knew this place was gonna have good food, and it sure did! Food was grrreat, I will be back. I walked up to the register they took my order right away. Food came out shortly afterward. The staff was polite and courteous and hard working. This place is a gem.

Food is awesome! New system requires an extremely long wait…45 minutes is too long to wait for a taco!

Just get some of their Chile Verde. Any way you can. I like the burrito as a preferred delivery method. All of their ingredients are delicious. Get there early! Not much in the way of a dining area but that hasn't stopped this location from pumping out the goods. Local gem for sure!

The food was okay. I know a lot of people rave about the food. But for me coming from Colorado chile and New Mexico red, it was okay. Food is presented nicely. Not much parking. Take out only. No dine in. Prices are very reasonable. Beautiful clean place.
