Consulado de Guatemala en San Bernardino, CA reviews
19Such a pedantic and rude lady in charge. Besides, they don't have toilets, I can't believe it, you almost pee there and they don't open the bathrooms for you. They should have public bathrooms since they have you waiting for hours.
Thank you for all the help you gave us today. Good service, everything very organized and very clean. Thanks thanks.
Terrible service in San Bernardino California, they do not give you information about anything, they do not give appointments and they take a long time to assist us.
Very bad experience, terrible service, I processed my passport more than seven months ago and seeing that it never arrived at my house, I went to see what was happening and it turns out that they tell me that they are not responsible for shipments or if the document is lost, It honestly makes you angry because the money you pay, no one comes and gives it to you or you find it lying around just like that. Honestly, it's very annoying.
The head council lady, or assistant I’m not sure but she is an older lady and she’s very rude, won’t let people use the bathroom not even her customers, because they ARE indeed customers, she is very rude and shouldn’t be working in this field if she can’t even keep a good manner towards her customers.
It is worth mentioning, it is a service to our chapines. I am visiting Los Angeles and I had the opportunity to go to the Guatemalan consulate in San Bernardino and there is not a single person who says something in favor of the new consul that they are humiliating so much.permission from their jobs and they take care of them are abusive because they don't even let them use the toilets which are physiological needs of the people and elderly people who come and don't take care of them well I hope the new president does something about putting professional staff with good education that are not despots with others, we have faith in you, Mr. President, that you come to change many things that leave our country in a bad way outside and inside it.
I have been calling to get more information on a dpi and a man answers and doesnt provide any information on where i can get more information since he has no idea or knowledge on whats going on. They always rush you to get off the phone and leave you with no anwsers
The staff is friendly however, it’s unacceptable to have to wait indefinitely for a service. How do you expect me to be ok with paying for a passport and not have a time frame? Their response when I called after 6 weeks was “since we don’t make them we can’t tell you when you’ll get it”
Horrible service can’t even make an appointment, this people need to update their system, they are not representing the people but the corrupt individuals without common sense. Hopefully the new president will get rid of all this incompetent system.
Had an appointment at 9am been here since 8am and still haven’t been help and it’s already 11am. Why make appointments if you’re not going to help at the time of your appointment. So disappointed I usually go to the one on Los Angeles but they only had open appointments here and now I know why because they don’t know how to respect people appointments
Impossible to make an appointment they never answer the phone Pure incompetent people they have there they do not solve any problem unfortunately This is the Guatemalan consulate
They provide excellent service, they have very friendly and attentive staff, they do a very good job, a big greeting to all the staff there, congratulations,
Horrible service, it takes a long time to call people, I had my appointment at 11: 30 and I arrived an hour before and even so, I left until almost 5, they work too slow, really lousy service
They never answer the phone plus you can't never make an appointment on line because they never have appointment available
They were so kind and willing to help one personally. I thank you very much for good service. In 3 weeks my passport arrived. I thank you very much.
They make a good effort to help. A few smiles could feed the atmosphere. They are a bit messy. But I give them 5 stars because I was able to renew my passport.
You have to be very patient because it takes between 2 to 3 hours. Make sure to bring a money order with the exact amount because they do not accept cash or cards.
They don't answer.the phones.that's a robbery of the homeland.because they receive a salary.you are public servants.you are traitors to the Guatemalan people who only ask for what corresponds to them and you don't care. I will try to contact any head of government that he is in charge of.because we do not deserve that treatment.
To process the consular card and renewal of my minor daughter's passport, they took 6 hours from 10 am to 4 pm, the staff is friendly.
Never, never, never answer the phone or give any information. Also impossible to make an appointment.
