3Very rude and mean female staff at the citizens/visa department. She literally speaks to you like you are not worthy her time. Is this really what Austria wants to be represented by? If she worked for an American company she would have been fired immediately!
The worst experience. Extremely unprofessional staff. My documents were not reviewed until I called which is after 15 business days when the documents were submitted. Very unprofessional staff who does not seem to have idea about US visa and how it works. The worst part is I had paid for the fedex overnight shipping for my passport but my passport was sent in USPS standard shipping (which took 10 days to get delivered) which wasn’t even delivered to me directly. I myself went to the USPS office and collected it. I cannot understand how can they be so irresponsible with something as important as a passport. Would never recommend anyone going to Los Angeles Austrian Embassy. Waste of money and time! Highly unprofessional uninformed staff!
